Claims (8)
- 연소실 구멍이 개구함과 동시에 그 연소실 구멍을 둘러싸도록 비드가 설치된 기판과, 그 기판의 연소실 주위에 적층하여 배치되고 또한 상기 기판보다도 판두께가 얇은 심(shim)판을 구비하며, 상기 심(shim)판은, 기판에 있어서의 상기 기판 비드 형성 위치와 상기 기판 비드 형성 위치를 사이에 두고 연소실측의 평탄 부분인 제 1 평탄부 및 연소실로부터 멀리 떨어진 측의 평탄 부분인 제 2 평탄부에 대향하여 배치되는 가스켓에 있어서,상기 심판은 상기 연소실 구멍의 끝단부로부터 상기 연소실로부터 이간(離間)된 측의 물구멍위치까지의 상기 기판에 대향하는 크기를 가지는 평탄한 판면(板面)을 가지며, 상기 심판에 있어서의 상기 제 1 평탄부와 대향하는 위치에, 연소실 구멍 둘레가장자리를 따라서 연이어지는 보조 비드를 평탄한 판면으로부터 판두께방향의 한쪽으로만 돌출시켜 2조 이상 설치하고 동시에 상기 보조비드 사이의 부분에서는 심판의 돌출방향과는 반대의 면이 평탄한 판면으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 심(shim)판에 있어서의 상기 제 2 평탄부와 대향하는 위치에, 제 2 보조 비드를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 평탄부와 대향하는 심(shim)판의 부분은, 심(shim)판이 2매 이상 적층되어 판두께가 두꺼운 두께증가부로 되어 있으며, 그 두께증가부를 구성하는 심(shim)판의 적어도 1매에, 상기 보조 비드가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 형상의 기판을 2매 적층하여 배치함과 동시에, 그 2매의 기판의 사이에, 상기 심(shim)판 및 판두께 조정용의 부판이 끼워 삽입되는 가스켓에 있어서,상기 부판에 있어서의, 상기 제 1 평탄부 및 제 2 평탄부와 겹치는 위치의 적어도 한쪽에, 상기 부판을 판두께 방향으로 굴곡하여 변형함으로써 돌출시킨 돌기를, 연소실 구멍 둘레가장자리를 따라서 연이어지도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 형상의 기판을 2매 적층하여 배치함과 동시에, 그 2매의 기판의 사이에, 상기 형상의 1매의 심(shim)판 및 판두께 조정용의 부판이 끼워 삽입되는 가스켓에 있어서,상기 부판에 있어서의 상기 심(shim)판과 대향하는 부분을 그 외의 부분보다도, 대향하는 심(shim)판의 총판두께의 1/3∼2/3의 양만큼 반대측으로 오목해지도록 오프셋(offset)시켜 단차를 붙인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 형상의 기판을 2매 적층하여 배치함과 동시에, 그 2매의 기판의 사이에, 상기 심(shim)판 및 판두께 조정용의 부판이 끼워 삽입되는 가스켓에 있어서,상기 부판에 있어서의, 상기 제 1 평탄부 및 제 2 평탄부와 겹치는 위치의 적어도 한쪽에, 상기 부판을 판두께 방향으로 굴곡하여 변형함으로써 돌출시킨 돌 기를, 연소실 구멍 둘레가장자리를 따라서 연이어지도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 형상의 기판을 2매 적층하여 배치함과 동시에, 그 2매의 기판의 사이에, 상기 형상의 1매의 심(shim)판 및 판두께 조정용의 부판이 끼워 삽입되는 가스켓에 있어서,상기 부판에 있어서의 상기 심(shim)판과 대향하는 부분을 그 외의 부분보다도, 대향하는 심(shim)판의 총판두께의 1/3∼2/3의 양만큼 반대측으로 오목해지도록 오프셋(offset)시켜 단차를 붙인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓.
