Claims (14)
- 평균 입자크기가 5~4,000㎛이고 원형도가 0.85 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 용융 알루미나 입자.
- 용융 알루미나 입자를 서로 충돌시켜 용융 알루미나 입자의 모서리를 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 환형 용융 알루미나 입자의 제조방법.
- 제트밀로 용융 알루미나 입자의 모서리를 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 환형 용융 알루미나 입자의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제트밀은 카운터-플로우식 제트밀인 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 용융 알루미나 입자의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제트밀은 회전-플로우식 제트밀인 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 용융 알루미나 입자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 카운터-플로우식 제트밀은 그 노즐압력, 분급기 회전속도 및 작동시간이 임의로 조절될 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 환형 용융 알루 미나 입자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 카운터-플로우식 제트밀이 0.6~0.8MPa의 노즐압력에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 용융 알루미나 입자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 카운터-플로우식 제트밀이 배치방식으로 작동하고, 그 잔류물이 생성물로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 용융 알루미나 입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 환형 용융 알루미나 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 환형 용융 알루미나 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고열전도성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 환형 용융 알루미나 입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고열전도성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 환형 용융 알루미나 입자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 환형 용융 알루미나 입자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고열전도성 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
