Claims (42)
- 치료 중 환자의 호흡 및 그 외의 움직임을 보상하는 장치에 있어서,상기 환자의 몸에 대한 내부의 타겟 영역에 관한 위치 데이터를 주기적으로 생성하는 제1 검출장치;상기 환자의 몸에 대한 외부의 하나 또는 그 이상의 센서들에 관한 위치 데이터를 지속적으로 생성하는 제2 검출장치; 및상기 환자의 움직임을 보상하기 위하여 상기 외부 센서들로부터 얻어진 상기 위치 데이터에 기초하여 상기 치료가 상기 환자의 상기 타겟 영역의 위치로 향하도록, 상기 내부 타겟 영역과 상기 외부 센서들의 위치 사이의 대응 관계(correspondence)를 생성하기 위해서, 상기 내부 타겟 영역에 관한 주기적인 위치 데이터와 상기 외부 센서로부터의 지속적인 위치 데이터를 수신하는 프로세서;를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 검출장치는 환자 몸 내의 내부 타겟영역에 적응적으로 부착된 하나 또는 그 이상의 마커와 환자 몸 내의 마커를 이미지화하는 이미지화 장치를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지화 장치는 정위(sterotaxic) x선 장치를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 마커는 상기 내부 타겟영역에 적응적으로 부착된 금속 비드(bead)를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 검출장치는 치료 전에 상기 내부 타겟영역을 이미지화하기 위한 초음파 장치를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 검출장치는 치료 중에 환자의 움직임을 검출하기 위한 이미지화 장치;를 더 포함하는, 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이미지화 장치는 정위(sterotaxic) x선 장치를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 검출장치는 상기 환자의 몸에 적응적으로 부착된 하나 또는 그 이상의 적외선 마커들과 상기 적외선 마커들을 이미지화하는 적외선 이미지화 장치를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 검출장치는 가시(visible) 이미지화 장치를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 검출장치는 환자의 호흡을 측정하는 유량계(flow meter)를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2 검출장치는 호흡 움직임을 제한하기 위해 상기 환자의 복부를 압박하기 위한 수단;을 더 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서는 상기 내부 타겟영역의 주기적인 위치 데이터를 상기 외부 마커들의 위치 데이터와 상관시키는 수단을 더 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치료는 방사선 치료를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치료는 생체검사침(biopsy needle)을 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치료는 레이저 빔 치료를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치료는 절제 작업(ablation) 및 초음파 중 하나를 포함하는 포커싱 에너지 치료를 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 마커는 장치에 부착된 하나 또는 그 이상의 외부 마커를 이용하여 사용자의 허리 주위를 감는 상기 장치를 포함하고, 상기 장치는 벨트, 링 및 속옷(vest)을 포함하는, 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 타겟 영역의 위치 변화에 반응하여, 상기 치료를 변경(altering)하는 수단;을 더 포함하는, 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 변경수단(the altering means)은 상기 환자에 대한 상기 치료를 이동시키는 수단인, 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 변경수단은 치료 특성을 변화(changing)시키는 수단을 포함하는, 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 변화수단(the changing means)은 치료 빔을 시준시키는 수단을 포함하는, 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 변화수단은 미리 결정된 시간에 치료 빔을 차단하는 수단을 포함하는, 장치.
- 치료 중 환자의 호흡 및 그 외의 움직임을 보상하는 방법에 있어서,상기 환자의 몸에 대한 내부의 타겟 영역에 관한 위치 데이터를 주기적으로 생성하는 단계;하나 또는 그 이상의 외부 센서들을 사용하여 상기 환자의 몸의 외부 움직임에 관한 위치 데이터를 연속적으로 생성하는 단계; 및상기 환자의 움직임을 보상하기 위하여 상기 외부 센서들로부터 얻어진 위치 데이터에 기초하여 상기 환자의 상기 내부 타겟 영역의 위치를 향하여 치료를 실행되도록, 상기 내부 타겟 영역과 상기 외부 센서의 위치 사이의 대응 관계(correspondence)를 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 위치 데이터를 주기적으로 생성하는 단계는 상기 환자의 몸 내의 상기 내부 타겟 영역에 적응적으로 부착된 하나 또는 그 이상의 마커를 부착하는 단계와, 상기 환자의 몸 내의 상기 마커들을 이미지화하는 단계;를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 이미지화하는 단계는, 상기 환자의 정위(streotaxic) x선 이미지를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 주기적인 위치 데이터 생성 단계는, 치료 전에 초음파 장치로 상기 내부 타겟영역을 이미지화하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 치료에 앞서 상기 위치 데이터의 생성하는 단계는, 상기 치료 중에 상기 환자의 움직임을 검출하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 외부 마커의 위치의 생성 단계는, 상기 환자에 적응적으로 부착된 하나 또는 그 이상의 적외선 마커를 부착하는 단계와, 적외선 이미지화 장치로 상기 적외선 마커를 이미지화하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 호흡 움직임을 감소시키기 위하여 상기 환자를 묶는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 외부 센서는 호흡을 측정하는 유량계를 포함하는, 방법.

- 환자의 호흡 및 그 외의 움직임을 보상하면서 내부 타겟영역에 치료를 수행하는 장치에 있어서,상기 환자의 몸에 대한 내부의 타겟 영역에 관한 위치 데이터를 주기적으로 발생하는 제1 이미지화 장치;상기 환자의 몸에 부착된 하나 이상의 외부 센서에 관한 위치 데이터를 연속적으로 발생하는 제2 이미지화 장치;상기 환자의 움직임을 보상하기 위하여 상기 내부 타겟 영역의 위치와 상기 외부 센서 데이터 사이의 대응 관계(correspondence)를 생성하기 위해서, 상기 내부 타겟 영역 및 상기 외부 센서들에 관한 위치 데이터를 수신하는 프로세서; 및상기 외부 센서들의 데이터에 기초하여 상기 환자의 상기 내부 타겟 영역의 위치를 향해 상기 치료를 행하는 치료장치;를 포함하는 장치.
- 치료 중 환자의 호흡 및 그 외의 움직임을 보상하는 장치에 있어서,상기 환자의 몸에 대한 내부의 타겟 영역에 관한 위치 데이터를 주기적으로 생성하는 제1 검출장치;제1 이미지화 장치가 작동되지 않았을 때 상기 환자의 몸의 외부 움직임을 나태는 하나 또는 그 이상의 외부 마커에 관한 위치 데이터를 연속적으로 생성하는 제2 검출장치; 및상기 환자의 움직임을 보상하기 위하여 상기 제1 이미지화 장치가 작동되지 않았을 때 치료될 상기 내부 타겟 영역의 위치를 결정하는 프로세서로서, 상기 위치는 상기 내부 타겟영역의 미리 결정된 위치에 대응하는 외부 마커에 대해 생성된 위치에 기초하여 결정되는 상기 프로세서;를 포함하는 장치.
