Description

Claims (18)
- 患者の呼吸サイクルを監視するための第1検出装置と、
患者の内部標的領域の位置を決定するために1つ以上の診断ビームを定期的に発生する第2検出装置と、
前記内部標的領域の位置と前記呼吸サイクルの間の相関関係を創成するプロセッサと、 内部標的領域を治療するために前記相関関係に基づいて前記呼吸サイクルの1つ以上の状態にわたって治療ビームを付勢させる治療ビーム発生器と
を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1検出装置が、呼吸サイクルにわたる1つ以上の外部マーカの位置に基づく患者の外部の移動を監視することによって患者の呼吸サイクルを監視し、
前記プロセッサが、前記内部標的領域の位置と、呼吸サイクルの状態の間の相関関係を創成し、前記呼吸サイクルの状態は、前記内部標的領域の位置と前記呼吸サイクルにわたる1つ以上の外部マーカの位置との間の相関関係の創成に基づくものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記相関関係に基づいて、一定時間遅れた時点の内部標的領域の位置を決定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、呼吸サイクルを介して患者身体の内部標的領域と外部領域の両方の治療前の像に基づいて初期相関関係モデルを創成し、
前記プロセッサがさらに、治療中に創成された新しい内部位置データと新しい外部データに基づく相関関係モデルを再演算することによって、治療中に相関関係モデルを更新することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記治療ビーム発生器が、前記相関関係モデルに基づく治療を制御して、治療を定期的にオン・オフ切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記治療ビーム発生器が、前記相関関係モデルに基づいて治療ビームを移動させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、さらに、前記治療ビーム発生器に結合され、前記相関関係モデルに基づく治療の特性を変える照準装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記内部標的領域の位置が、少なくとも一個の内部マーカを使用して特定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第2検出装置が、少なくとも一個のX線発生器と、少なくとも一個の受像器を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第2検出装置が、超音波装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1検出装置が、少なくとも一個の赤外線プローブ又は空気流測定装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記治療ビーム発生器が、放射線治療ビーム発生器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 1つ以上の外部マーカーの位置に基づいて患者の外部動き、又は患者の呼吸サイクルにわたる外部センサーの測定値を監視する検出装置と、
患者の内部標的領域の位置を決定するために1つ以上の診断ビームを定期的に発生する補助検出装置と、
前記内部標的領域の位置と、前記呼吸サイクルにわたる一つ以上の外部マーカの位置又は前記呼吸サイクルにわたる一つ以上の外部センサーの測定値の間の相関関係を創成するプロセッサと、
内部標的領域を治療するために前記相関関係モデルに基づいて前記呼吸サイクルの1つ以上の状態にわたって治療ビームを発生させる治療ビーム発生器と
を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記相関関係に基づいて一定時間遅れた時点の内部標的領域の位置を決定することを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、呼吸サイクルを介して患者身体の内部標的領域と外部領域の両方の治療前の像に基づいて初期相関関係モデルを創成し、
前記プロセッサがさらに、治療中に創成された新しい内部位置データと新しい外部データに基づく相関関係モデルを再演算することによって、治療中に相関関係モデルを更新することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。 - 前記治療ビーム発生器が、前記相関関係モデルに基づく治療を制御して、治療を定期的にオン・オフを切り替えることを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記治療ビーム発生器が、前記相関関係モデルに基づく治療を移動させることを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、さらに、前記治療ビーム発生器に結合され、前記相関関係モデルに基づく治療の特性を変えるコリメート装置を有することを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
