Abstract
Description
C3-8 알킬 그룹은 바람직하게는 부틸 그룹이며, 특히 2급 부틸 그룹이 가장 바람직하다. R56은 에틸렌계 불포화 잔기, 바람직하게는 단일 중합성 비닐 그룹이다. 보다 바람직하게는 메타크릴 잔기이지만, 아크릴 또는 스티렌 잔기 또는 기타 유사한 잔기도 가능하다.
단, 하나 이상의 R1, R3 및 R8은 화학식 4에 따른다.
R12, R13 및 R15는 바람직하게는 H이다.

Claims (29)
- 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물(a)과 폴리아미드, 폴리락탐, 폴리이미드, 폴리락톤 및 폴리덱스트란으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 분자량 50,000dalton 이상의 고분자량 친수성 중합체(b)와의 반응 생성물을 포함하며, 친수성 중합체가 내부에 포획(entrapping)되어 있는 습윤성 실리콘 하이드로겔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 단독중합체인 하이드로겔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 2개 이상의 상이한 단량체를 배합하여 제조한 공중합체인 하이드로겔.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 이의 주쇄 전체에 사이클릭 잔기를 포함하는 하이드로겔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 폴리비닐피롤리돈인 하이드로겔.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 수평균 분자량이 약 50,000 이상인 하이드로겔.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 수평균 분자량이 약 80,000 이상인 하이드로겔.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 수평균 분자량이 약 100,000 이상인 하이드로겔.
- 폴리아미드, 폴리락탐, 폴리이미드, 폴리락톤 및 폴리덱스트란으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 분자량 50,000dalton 이상의 고분자량 친수성 중합체를 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물에 첨가함으로써 제조되고, 친수성 중합체가 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물로부터 형성된 하이드로겔 내에 포획되어 있는 안용 렌즈(ophthalmic lens).
- 제10항에 있어서, 상당량의 하이드록실 함량을 갖는 마크로머가 단량체 혼합물 일부를 포함하는 안용 렌즈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 단독중합체인 안용 렌즈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 2개 이상의 상이한 단량체를 배합하여 제조한 공중합체인 안용 렌즈.

- 제15항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 수평균 분자량이 100,000 이상인 안용 렌즈.
- 실리콘 하이드로겔 단량체 혼합물을 중합 조건하에 폴리아미드, 폴리락탐, 폴리이미드, 폴리락톤 및 폴리덱스트란으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 분자량 50,000dalton 이상의 고분자량 친수성 중합체와 배합하는 단계(a) 및내부에 친수성 중합체가 포획된 실리콘 하이드로겔을 회수하는 단계(b)를 포함하는, 실리콘 하이드로겔의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 상당한 하이드록실 함량을 갖는 마크로머를 포함하는 방법.
