Claims (7)
- 다수의 화소영역에 적색, 녹색 및 청색의 발광층을 증착시키기 위한 박막 증착용 마스크에 있어서,상기 마스크는 상기 다수의 화소영역과 대응되는 부분에 다수개의 개구부가 형성되고, 상기 개구부 사이의 간격이 90 내지 170μm로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 증착용 마스크.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 화소영역은기판 상에 일 방향으로 형성된 다수의 제1 전극층 상에 개구부를 포함하는 화소정의막에 의해 노출된 제1 전극층인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 증착용 마스크.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 간격이 90 내지 170μm로 이격된 개구부는 동일한 상기 제1 전극층과 대응되도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 증착용 마스크.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 개구부 각각은 서로 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 증착용 마스크.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 개구부 각각은 적어도 두 개의 상기 화소영역과 대응되는 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 증착용 마스크.
- 기판 상에 서로 대향된 제1 및 제2 전극층과, 상기 제1 및 제2 전극층 사이에 구비된 발광층을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치에 있어서,상기 발광층은 다수의 연속적인 스트라이프 패턴으로 형성되며, 상기 스트라이프 패턴들은 각각 90 내지 170μm간격으로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
- 제6 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층은 각각 적색, 녹색 및 청색의 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 적색, 녹색 및 청색의 발광층은 서로 인접하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광표시장치.
