Claims (26)
- - 미정제 탄화수소 공급물을 대기압하에서 증류시켜 나프타, 디이젤 및 대기압 잔류물을 생성하는 단계,- 대기압 잔류물을 진공 증류시켜 1 이상의 경질 증류물 유분, 1 이상의 중질 증류물 유분 및, 비점이 535℃ 이상인 진공 잔류물을 분리하는 단계,- 1 이상의 중질 증류물 유분 또는 이에 상기 수소화분해 잔유물의 일부 또는 전부를 첨가한 유분을 접촉 분해하는 단계,- 대기압 잔류물을 진공증류하여 얻은 T5 온도가 250℃∼400℃이고, T95 온도가 470℃ 이하인 경질유분을 처리하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 경질유분 처리단계는 수소화 처리하여 유기 질소 함량이 10 ppm 이하인 유출물을 생성한 후, 1 이상의 Y 제올라이트, 1 이상의 매트릭스 및 1 이상의 수소화-탈수소화 작용을 갖는 수소화 분해 촉매를 사용해서 70∼100 bar의 수소 분압하의, 320℃ 이상의 온도에서, 200 Nℓ/Nℓ 이상의 H2/공급물 부피비로, 0.15∼7 h-1의 시간당 공간 속도에서 중압 수소화 분해를 수행하며, 또 상기 경질유분 처리 단계는 80 부피% 이상의 전환율로 수행되며, 수소화 분해에 의하여 얻은 액체 유출물을 증류하여 디이젤을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 95% 증류점이 360℃ 미만이고, 황 함량이 50 ppm 이하이며, 세탄가가 51 이상인 디이젤을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 분해 잔류물은 세정후 공정으로 재순환되는 것인 디이젤을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중압 수소화 분해 세정물은 접촉분해로 처리되는 것인 디이젤을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 전환율은 95 부피% 이상인 것인 디이젤을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 접촉 분해 처리 이전에, 중질 진공 증류물 유분을 25∼90 bar의 수소 분압하의, 350℃∼430℃의 온도에서, 10 부피% 이상 40 부피% 미만의 전환율로 수소화 처리하여 비점이 350℃ 이하인 생성물을 얻는 것인 디이젤을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 진공 잔류물은 열분해 공정, 잔류물 수소화 전환 공정 및 코우킹 공정으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 공정에 의해 처리되는 것인 디이젤을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 생성된 디이젤은 95% 증류점이 340℃ 이하이며, 황 함량이 10 ppm 이하이고, 세탄가가 54 이상인 것인 디이젤을 제조하는 방법.
- - 미정제 탄화수소 공급물을 대기압 증류시켜 1 이상의 나프타 유분, 1 이상의 제트엔진용 연료 유분, 1 이상의 디이젤 유분, 중질 대기압 가스유 유분 및 대기압 잔류물을 생성하는 단계,- 대기압 잔류물을 진공 증류시켜 1 이상의 경질 증류물 유분, 1 이상의 중질 증류물 유분 및 진공 잔류물을 분리하는 단계,- 1 이상의 경질 증류물 유분을 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따라 중압 수소화 분해 처리하여 잔유물을 생성하는 단계,- 1 이상의 중질 증류물 유분 또는 이에 상기 수소화분해 잔유물의 일부 또는 전부를 첨가한 유분을 접촉분해시키는 단계를 포함하는 미정제 탄화수소 공급물의 처리방법.
- ·적어도 나프타, 디이젤 및 대기압 잔류물을 분리하기 위한 미정제 공급물의 대기압 증류 컬럼,·대기압 잔류물을 처리하고, 1 이상의 진공 증류물 유분과 진공 잔류물을 분리하기 위한 진공 증류 컬럼을 포함하고,·장치에서 대기압 증류 컬럼 또는 진공 증류 컬럼은 T5 온도가 250℃∼400℃이고, T95 온도가 470℃ 이하인 유분을 회수하는 1 이상의 라인을 포함하며,·95% 증류점이 360℃ 미만이고, 황 함량이 50 ppm 이하이고 세탄가가 51 이상인 디이젤을 얻기 위한, 유분의 1 이상의 수소화 처리 영역에 이어서 1 이상의 중압 수소화 분해 영역 및 1 이상의 생성물의 분리 영역을 더 포함하는 것인, 미정제 탄화수소 공급물로부터 디이젤의 생성을 위한 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 생성물 분리 영역은 비점이 적어도 535℃ 이상인 수소화 분해 잔류물을 분리하며, 잔류물의 세정 라인 또는 이에 추가하여 수소화 분해 영역 또는 반응기로 향하는 상기 세정 잔류물의 재순환 라인을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 접촉 분해 영역으로 세정물을 공급하기 위한 라인을 포함하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 접촉 분해 영역의 이전에 수소화 처리 영역을 포함하는 것인 장치.
