Description
즉, 티스 헤드의 면형상에 있어서, 원호형을 이루는 중앙부로 이어진 양단부를, 상기 원호의 양단에 각각 접하는 접선을 이루도록 형성하면, 중앙부에서 양단부에 이르기까지의 공극 길이의 변화가 보다 완만해지기 때문에, 공극 길이를 조정하는 데 보다 유리해진다.

- 복수 개의 티스를 회전축에 대하여 방사상으로 배치하고,상기 티스의 선단부에 있는 티스 헤드의 회전자 영구자석과 대향하는 쪽의 면형상은 둘레 방향의 중앙부가 원호형이면서 양단부가 상기 원호의 양단에 각각 접하는 접선을 이루며,상기 티스 헤드와 회전자 영구자석과의 공극 길이는 둘레 방향의 중앙에 대한 양단의 비율이 1.8∼2.4의 범위가 되도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터의 고정자 철심.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 티스의 선단부에서의 중앙부를 구성하는 원호는 회전 중심으로부터 티스 중심선상에서 직경 방향으로 어긋난 위치를 중심으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터의 고정자 철심.
