Claims (12)
- 복수의 스텝으로 이루어진 사이클이 반복 행해지는 압력 변동 흡착법을 이용해서, 흡착제가 충전된 복수의 흡착탑에 의해 혼합 가스로부터 목적 가스를 농축 분리할 때에 있어서, 상기 흡착탑으로부터 배출되는 오프 가스를 오프 가스 소비 유닛에 공급하기 위한 오프 가스 공급 방법으로서,상기 사이클을 구성하는 모든 스텝에 있어서, 상기 흡착탑의 적어도 하나로 부터 상기 오프 가스를 배출시킴으로써, 상기 오프 가스를 오프가스 저장탱크를 개재하는 일 없이 상기 오프 가스 소비 유닛에 중단되지 않고 계속 공급하도록 하며,상기 각 흡착탑에서는, 혼합 가스중의 불필요 가스 성분을 흡착제에 의해 흡착해서 목적 가스 농도가 높은 제품 가스를 배출하는 흡착 공정과, 흡착탑 내의 압력을 제 1 중간 압력까지 저하시키는 제 1 감압 공정과, 흡착탑 내의 압력을 제 2 중간 압력까지 저하시키는 제 2 감압 공정과, 흡착제에 흡착한 불필요 가스 성분을 탈착하고 배출하는 탈착 공정과, 흡착탑 내에 세정 가스를 도입하고 탑 내에 잔류하는 가스를 배출하는 세정 공정과, 흡착탑 내의 압력을 상승시키는 승압 공정을 포함하는 사이클을 차례로 반복하고,상기 제 2 감압 공정에 있는 흡착탑의 제품 가스 출구로부터 배출되는 잔류 가스를 상기 승압 공정에 있는 다른 흡착탑으로 도입함과 동시에, 상기 제 2 감압 공정에 있는 흡착탑의 혼합 가스 입구로부터 상기 오프 가스 소비 유닛으로 오프 가스를 공급하며,상기 각 흡착탑은, 상기 제2 감압 공정, 상기 탈착 공정 및 상기 세정 공정에 있어서 상기 오프 가스 소비 유닛에 오프 가스를 공급하고,상기 오프 가스 소비 유닛에 공급되는 상기 오프 가스는, 상기 각 흡착탑과 상기 오프 가스 소비 유닛과의 사이를 연결하는 가스유로에 설치된 유량 제어 밸브에 의해 유량제어되고, 상기 유량제어밸브의 개도는, 상기 세정공정에서 최대로 되고, 상기 제 2 감압공정에서 최소로 되며, 상기 탈착공정에서는 서서히 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오프 가스 공급 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 승압공정은 흡착탑 내의 압력을 도중까지 상승시키는 제 1 승압 공정과, 흡착탑 내의 압력을 더욱 상승시키는 제 2 승압 공정을 포함하고, 이들 제 1 승압공정 및 제 2 승압공정 사이에, 흡착탑 혼합가스 입구 및 제품가스 출구를 모두 폐쇄하는 대기공정이 삽입되어 있는 오프가스 공급방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 오프 가스 소비 유닛은, 상기 혼합 가스가 제조되는 개질 수단의 연소부를 구성하고 있는 오프 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 목적 가스는, 수소 가스이고, 상기 혼합 가스는, 수소 가스와, 수소 가스 이외의 가연성 가스 성분을 포함하는 오프 가스 공급 방법.
