Abstract
Description
한 쌍의 플레이트가 접합되어 냉매유로를 이루는 튜브와, 상기 튜브의 상단 및 하단에 각각 위치하는 상부 탱크 및 하부 탱크를 구비한 단위 프레임을 복수 개 적층하고, 상기 적층된 튜브들 사이에 개재되는 방열휜, 및 상기 단위 프레임 중 소정의 일측에 마련된 열교환 매체의 유입 도관 및 유출 도관을 구비하여 된 적층형 열교환기에 있어서,
상기 단위 프레임의 튜브는 한 쌍의 평행한 제1 튜브 및 제2 튜브로 구성되고, 상기 단위 프레임의 하부 탱크는 상기 제1 튜브 및 제2 튜브의 하단에 각각 위치하는 제1 탱크 및 제2 탱크로 구성되며, 상기 단위 프레임의 상부 탱크는 상기 제1 튜브 및 제2 튜브의 상단에 각각 위치하는 제3 탱크 및 제4 탱크로 구성되며,
상기 제1 탱크 내지 제4 탱크는 동일 탱크끼리 연통 가능하게 동일축 방향으로 브레이징 접합되고,
상기 유입도관 및 유출도관은 제1 탱크 및 제2 탱크에 각각 형성되며,

- 삭제
- 한 쌍의 플레이트가 접합되어 냉매유로를 이루는 튜브와, 상기 튜브의 상단 및 하단에 각각 위치하는 상부 탱크 및 하부 탱크를 구비한 단위 프레임을 복수 개 적층하고, 상기 적층된 튜브들 사이에 개재되는 방열휜, 및 상기 단위 프레임 중 소정의 일측에 마련된 열교환 매체의 유입 도관 및 유출 도관을 구비하여 된 적층형 열교환기에 있어서,상기 단위 프레임의 튜브는 한 쌍의 평행한 제1 튜브 및 제2 튜브로 구성되고, 상기 단위 프레임의 하부 탱크는 상기 제1 튜브 및 제2 튜브의 하단에 각각 위치하는 제1 탱크 및 제2 탱크로 구성되며, 상기 단위 프레임의 상부 탱크는 상기 제1 튜브 및 제2 튜브의 상단에 각각 위치하는 제3 탱크 및 제4 탱크로 구성되며,상기 제1 탱크 내지 제4 탱크는 동일 탱크끼리 연통 가능하게 동일축 방향으로 브레이징 접합되고,상기 유입도관 및 유출도관은 제1 탱크 및 제2 탱크에 각각 형성되며,상기 제1 탱크 및 제2 탱크에는 열교환 매체의 유동 방향과 반대되는 방향으로 돌출된 버어가 형성되고, 상기 제3 탱크 및 제4 탱크에는 열교환 매체의 유동 방향과 일치하는 방향으로 돌출된 버어가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유입 및 유출 도관으로부터 최외곽의 제 1 탱크 및 제 2 탱크는 열교환 매체의 순환을 위하여 상호 연통되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 최외곽의 제 1 탱크 및 제 2 탱크가 연통될 수 있도록 양자를 관통하는 매니폴드(manifold)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기.
