Claims (10)
- 배가스 내에 함유된 질소산화물의 선택적 환원제거 및 다이옥신 제거용 바나듐/티타니아(V/TiO2)계 촉매에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 β-MnO2로 구성된 피롤루사이트(pyrolusite)를 주 결정구조로 갖는 천연망간 광석(NMO) 5 내지 30중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 넓은 활성온도 대역을 갖는 질소산화물 및 다이옥신 제거용 천연망간광석을 포함하는 바나듐/티타니아계 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바나듐/티타니아 촉매가 0.5∼10중량%의 바나듐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 넓은 활성온도 대역을 갖는 질소산화물 및 다이옥신 제거용 천연망간광석을 포함하는 바나듐/티타니아계 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바나듐의 전구체가 암모늄메타바나데이트 또는 바나듐크로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 넓은 활성온도 대역을 갖는 질소산화물 및 다이옥신 제거용 천연망간광석을 포함하는 바나듐/티타니아계 촉매.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 압출 가공된 입자형 또는 단일체(monolith)인 것을 특징으로 하는 넓은 활성온도 대역을 갖는 질소산화물 및 다이옥신 제거용 천연망간광석을 포함하는 바나듐/티타니아계 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 금속판, 금속 섬유, 세라믹 필터 및 하니콤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 구조물 상에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 넓은 활성온도 대역을 갖는 질소산화물 및 다이옥신 제거용 천연망간광석을 포함하는 바나듐/티타니아계 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 공기 예열기, 또는 보일러 튜브 군에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 넓은 활성온도 대역을 갖는 질소산화물 및 다이옥신 제거용 천연망간 광석을 포함하는 바나듐/티타니아계 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매의 존재하에서 150∼450℃의 온도 및 1,000∼60,000hr-1의 공간속도(GHSV) 범위 내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배가스 내에 함유된 질소산화물의 선택적 환원제거 및 다이옥신의 제거 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 질소산화물의 선택적 환원제거 시 0.6∼1.2의 NH3/NOx 몰비로 환원제인 암모니아가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배가스 내에 함유된 질소산화물의 선택적 환원 제거 및 다이옥신의 제거 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 질소산화물의 선택적 환원제거 시 배가스 내에 0 내지 500 ppm의 다이옥신이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물의 선택적환원제거 및 다이옥신의 제거방법.
