- 양극판, 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 위치한 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 발전 요소와;발전 요소를 수용하는 부분에서의 평탄벽 및 상기 평탄벽과 외장 부재의 외주 가장자리 사이에 경사벽을 포함하는 상부 외장 부재 및 하부 외장 부재로 구성되고, 상기 발전 요소를 수용하는 외장 부재; 및다수의 집전부를 통하여 발전 요소에 접속되고, 외장 부재의 외주 가장자리로부터 도출되는 평면 형상의 양극 단자 및 음극 단자를 포함하고,전지의 내측이 진공 상태로 되기 전에, 상기 경사벽은 단자의 표면에 대하여 45°∼ 80°의 각도로 경사하고 있다가, 전지의 내측이 진공으로 될 때 경사벽이 전지의 내측을 향하여 매끄러운 원호 형상으로 만곡하는 박형 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 상부 외장 부재는 상기 발전 요소의 적어도 1개의 각(corner)에 대응하는 위치에 성형되고, 상기 평탄벽에 대하여 실질적으로 수직한 부위를 갖는 각부를 포함하는 박형 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각부에 포함되는 상기 수직 부위의 길이는 양극판, 음극판, 및 세퍼레이터의 총 두께보다 긴 박형 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 경사벽은, 전지의 내측이 진공 상태로 되기 전에, 상기 다수의 집전부 중의 상기 외장 부재의 근방에 위치하는 집전부에 대하여 실질적으로 평행하게 성형되어 있다가, 상기 전지의 내측이 진공으로 될 때 상기 경사벽이 전지의 내측을 향하여 매끄러운 원호 형상으로 만곡하는 박형 전지.
- 양극판, 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 위치한 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 발전 요소와;발전 요소를 수용하는 부분에서의 평탄벽 및 상기 평탄벽과 외장 부재의 외주 가장자리 사이에 경사벽을 포함하는 상부 외장 부재 및 하부 외장 부재로 구성되고, 상기 발전 요소를 수용하는 외장 부재; 및다수의 집전부를 통하여 발전 요소에 접속되고, 외장 부재의 외주 가장자리로부터 도출되는 양극 단자 및 음극 단자를 포함하고,상기 경사벽은, 전지의 내측이 진공 상태로 되기 전에, 전지의 내측을 향하여 만곡하는 형상으로 있다가, 상기 전지의 내측이 진공으로 될 때 경사벽이 전지의 내측을 향하여 매끄러운 원호 형상으로 만곡하는 박형 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 양극 단자는 알루미늄, 철, 구리 및 니켈로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 함유하는 박형 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 외장 부재는 폴리프로필렌, 변성 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 변성 폴리에틸렌 및 아이오노머(ionomer)로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 함유하는 박형 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 양극판은 양극 활물질을 함유하고, 상기 양극 활물질은 리튬계 복합 산화물인 박형 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 리튬계 복합 산화물은 리튬-망간계 복합 산화물인 박형 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 음극판은 음극 활물질을 함유하고, 상기 음극 활물질은 탄소재인 박형 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 탄소재는 결정성 탄소재 또는 비결정성 탄소재인 박형 전지.
