Description
여기서, 상기 나일론 수지는 무색의 나노 수지인 것이 바람직하다.
이를 통하여, 상기 내식성 도금 강관은 현저히 향상된 내식성 및 외관과 안정적인 장치에의 적용성을 갖는다.
Claims (6)
- 내부에 유체가 흐르도록 이루어진 강관;55 중량%의 알루미늄, 43.4~44.9 중량%의 아연, 0.1~1.6 중량%의 실리콘 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하여 이루어진 내식성 합금이 용융된 상태로 저장된 도금부를 수직으로 관통함에 따라 상기 강관의 외면에 균일하게 도금된 내식성 도금 합금층; 및상기 합금층의 외주에 3가 크로메이팅 처리된 후 나일론 수지가 포함되어 코팅된 수지코팅층을 포함하여 이루어진 내식성 도금 강관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나일론 수지는 무색의 나노 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 도금 강관.
