Claims (2)
- 합금화 용융아연 도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서,강판(102)을 도금욕(10)을 통과시킴으로서 상기 강판(102)의 표면에 아연도금층을 형성하는 단계;상기 강판(102)은 실링박스(104) 외부에 설치된 에어 나이프(16)를 통과하여 실링박스(14)내로 진입하고, 상기 실링박스(14)와 연통된 가스예열기(18)를 통하여 공급된 공기에 의해 실링박스(14) 내부의 온도를 250~380℃로 유지시킴으로써 아연도금층의 응고를 억제하는 단계; 및상기 강판(102)은 아연도금층이 응고되지 않은 상태에서 합금화로(20)로 진입되어 합금화 열처리 되는 단계를 포함하는 표면이 미려한 합금화 용융아연도금강판 제조방법.
