Claims (3)
- 용융금속 도금시, 도금설비의 환원소둔로와 포트를 연결하는 부위로서 피도금물을 도금욕이 수용된 포트로 인입시키는 부위인 스나우트 내부에서 금속분진이 생성되는 것을 억제하기 위하여 수소:수증기의 비를 4:1 미만으로 하고 또한 수증기의 함량이 이슬점으로 -40℃ 이상 -5℃ 미만이 되도록 스나우트내로 분위기 가스를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금설비의 스나우트내 금속분진 생성을 억제하기 위한 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스나우트내로 주입되는 분위기 가스는 수증기나, 수증기를 포함한 불활성가스 또는 이들을 혼합하여 이루어진 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금설비의 스나우트내 금속분진 생성을 억제하기 위한 방법.
