Claims (8)
- 최소한 (A) 비혈전형성성으로 만들고자 하는 표면의 작용기와, (B) 상보적 작용기(complementary functional group)를 함유하도록 개질된 헤파린을 반응시켜 공유 결합을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하여 비혈전형성 활성이 개선된 표면 개질을 생성하는 방법에 있어서, (A)와 (B)를 반응시키기 전에,(i) 40℃ 내지 용매의 비점 범위에서 가열하는 단계,(ii) pH 9∼14 범위의 높은 pH에서 처리하는 단계, 및(iii) 1종 이상의 친핵성 촉매로 처리하는 단계의 군 중에서 선택되는 단계를 수행하여 상기 헤파린을 활성화시켜 표면 결합시 헤파린의 활성을 강화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비혈전형성 활성이 개선된 표면 개질의 생성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질시키고자 하는 표면을 하나 이상의 단계에서 처리하여 표면에 작용기를 포함하는 층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 pH 범위는 9∼11인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 pH는 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친핵성 촉매는 아세트산 암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친핵성 촉매는 부동화된 아미노기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,(A)의 경우,(a) 개질시키고자 하는 표면에 아미노기를 포함하는 중합체 층을 가하는 단계,(b) 상기 단계 (a)의 층을 2 작용성 가교 결합제로 가교 결합시키는 단계,(c) 상기 단계 (b)의 층에 음이온성 중합체 층을 가하는 단계,(d) 상기 단계 (a), 단계 (b) 및 단계 (c)를 1회 이상 임의 반복하는 단계,(e) 최종 단계 (a)를 수행하는 단계에 의해 수행되어, 상기 표면에 작용기를 함유하는 층을 형성시키는 과정;(B)의 경우,(f) 아질산 또는 과요오드산염 산화 반응을 통해 헤파린을 개질시켜 알데히드기를 함유하도록 하는 단계,(g) 추가 단계로 알데히드 함유 헤파린을 활성화시켜 표면 결합시 헤파린의 활성을 증가시키는 단계로서, 상기 활성화 단계 (g)는(i) 40℃ 내지 용매의 비점 범위에서 가열하는 단계,(ii) pH 9∼14 범위의 높은 pH에서 처리하는 단계, 및(iii) 1종 이상의 친핵성 촉매로 처리하는 단계의 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 단계에 의해 수행되어, 헤파린을 개질시키는 과정; 및 최종적으로(h) 상기 단계 (a) 또는 단계 (e)에서 얻은 층과, 상기 단계 (g)에서 얻은 추가 처리된 알데히드 헤파린을 반응시키는 단계에 의해 수행되어, 상기 (A)와 (B)를 반응시키는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의해 생성된 표면 개질 기재.
