Claims (6)
- 오스테나이트계강의 용접모재와 용접금속으로 이루어진 용접 조인트로서, 상기 용접금속이, 질량%로,C:0.04% 이하, Si:1.0% 이하, Mn:3% 이하, P:0.02% 이하, S:0.005% 이하, Cr:15.0∼25.0%, Ni:30% 이상, Mo:10% 이하 및/또는 W:10% 이하 및 Nb:2.5∼5.0%를 포함하고, Al:3.0% 이하 및/또는 Ti:0.5% 이하를, 하기의 식:(Ti+Al)>Nb/8을 만족하는 양을 포함하며, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계강 용접 조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오스테나이트계강의 용접모재가, 질량%로,C:0.04% 이하, Si:1.0% 이하, Mn:3∼30%, P:0.02% 이하, S:0.005% 이하, Cr:15∼30%, Ni:5∼30%, N:0.10∼0.50%를 포함하고, 또 Mo:10% 이하, W:10% 이하, V:0.001∼1.0%, Al:0.10% 이하, Ti:0.01% 이하, Zr:0.01% 이하 및 Hf:0.01% 이하의 적어도 1종을 포함하며, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계강 용접 조인트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,50Mpa 이상의 고압 수소환경 하에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계강 용접 조인트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,50Mpa 이상의 고압 수소환경 하에서 사용되는 용기, 배관 또는 밸브를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오스테나이트계강 용접 조인트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 오스테나이트계강 용접 조인트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 수소용 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 오스테나이트계강 용접 조인트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 수소용 배관.
