Claims (8)
- 단부와 유약 처리되지 않은 외부면을 가진 세라믹으로 된 절연 케이싱과,상기 절연 케이싱의 상기 단부에 부착되는 단부판(endplate)과,상기 단부판에 의해서 상기 절연 케이싱 내에 수용되는 전기 부품과,상기 절연 케이싱의 상기 유약 처리되지 않은 외부면에 성형되는 전기 절연층과,상기 전기 절연층과 상기 절연 케이싱의 유약 처리되지 않은 외부면 사이에 형성되는 실란(silane) 결합제층을 포함하는 성형 전기 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 절연층은 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 성형 전기 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 절연층과 상기 단부판의 외부면 사이에 형성되는 도전성 코팅층을 더 포함하는 성형 전기 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성형 전기 장치는 진공 회로 차단기를 포함하는 성형 전기 장치.
- 세라믹으로 된 절연 케이싱을 준비하는 단계와,상기 절연 케이싱의 내부에 수용되는 전기 부품을 준비하는 단계와,단부판에 의해서 상기 절연 케이싱 내부에 상기 전기 부품을 수용하는 단계와,상기 절연 케이싱의 외부면을 유약 처리하지 않고 상기 절연 케이싱의 외측을 성형하는 단계와,상기 절연 케이싱을 성형하기 전에 상기 절연 케이싱의 상기 외부면 상에 실란 결합제층을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 성형 전기 장치의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 6 항에 있어서,물과 알콜을 혼합한 희석제를 제공하는 단계 및상기 절연 케이싱의 상기 외부면 상에 실란 결합제층을 제공하기 전에 상기 희석제로 상기 실란 결합제를 희석하는 단계를 더 포함하는 성형 전기 장치의 제조 방법.
