Claims (2)
- 다시마 80중량%, 대추3중량%, 감초 2중량%, 당귀 2중량%를 포함하는 건강음료용 재료와 같이 양파 5중량%, 쑥5중량%,생강3중량%를 압력용기에 넣고 120 내지 130℃에서 12시간 1차 가열하여 진액을 추출하고, 추출한 진액은 가열탱크에 넣고 100℃를 유지하며 60분간 2차 가열하여 액상의 성상(性狀)을 유지되게 한 다시마를 주재로 한 건강음료.
- 흐르는 물에서 10분 동안 세척한 재료를 압력용기에 넣어 추출액을 얻고 그 추출액은 진공 포장기로 이송하여 포장하고, 냉각과 함께 살균처리하는 건강음료의 제조방법에 있어서,다시마 80중량%, 대추3중량%, 감초 2중량%, 당귀 2중량%의 건강음료 재료와 같이 양파 5중량%, 쑥5중량%, 생강3중량%를 압력 용기에 넣어 120 내지 130℃에서 12시간 가열 농축하여 추출액을 얻기 위한 제1차 가열 단계;상기 제1차 가열단계를 경유후 가압하여 얻은 추출액을 가열 탱크에 넣고 재차 100℃를 유지하며 1시간 정도 가열하는 제2차 가열 단계; 및2차 가열된 추출액을 상기와 같이 포장하여 다시 100℃로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다시마를 주재로 한 건강음료의 제조방법.
