Claims (7)
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 알콕시기로 이치환된 벤지딘 화합물을 황산 수용액에서 170℃∼190℃의 온도에서 반응시킴으로써 하이드록시기로 이치환된 벤지딘 황산염을 형성하는 제1단계;상기 하이드록시기로 이치환된 벤지딘 황산염을 상온에서 염산 용액과 반응시킴으로써 하이드록시기로 이치환된 벤지딘 염산염을 형성하는 제2단계;상기 하이드록시기로 이치환된 벤지딘 염산염을 염기로 중화하는 제3단계; 및생성된 침전물을 여과하여 유기용매로 정제하는 제4단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 하이드록시기로 이치환된 벤지딘 화합물을 제조하는 방법.화학식 1화학식 2(상기 식에서, R1 및 R2는 탄소수 1∼5의 알킬기이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계의 황산 수용액이 70∼90% 황산 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 염산 용액이 35∼38% 염산 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3단계의 염기가 40% 수산화나트륨 용액, 40% 수산화칼륨 용액, 40% 암모늄아세테이트 용액, 하이드라진 용액 및 암모니아수로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4단계의 유기용매가 메탄올, 아세톤, 톨루엔 및 아세토니트릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계 반응시 생성되는 물과 메탄올을 딘스탁 콘덴서를 이용한 환류 방식으로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
