Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 조형 허니콤 구조체의 외주를 가공하여 소정 형상의 허니콤 구조체를 얻는 허니콤 구조체 제조 방법으로서,상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 외주 가공은 선형 절단구를 갖춘 절단 수단에 의해서 행하여지며, 상기 절단 수단은 선형체에 다이아몬드 연삭 입자, 일반 숫돌 또는 다중 날 커터가 구비된, 상기 선형 절단구로서의 선형 커터를 갖춘 비드 소우인 허니콤 구조체 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 필터로서 기능하는 다공질의 격벽에 의해 구획되어 유체의 유로로 되는 복수의 셀이 그 중심축 방향으로 병설된 허니콤 세그멘트를 형성하고, 상기 허니콤 세그멘트 여러 개를 일체화하여 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체를 형성하며, 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 외주를 상기 비드 소우로 가공하여 소정 형상의 상기 허니콤 구조체를 얻는 것인 허니콤 구조체 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 필터로서 기능하는 다공질의 격벽에 의해 구획되어 유체의 유로로 되는 복수의 셀이 그 중심축 방향으로 병설된 허니콤 세그멘트를 형성하고, 상기 허니콤 세그멘트 여러 개를 일체화하여 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체를 형성하며, 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 외주를 상기 비드 소우로 조가공하여 소정 형상의 조가공된 허니콤 구조체를 형성하고, 상기 조가공된 허니콤 구조체를 마무리 가공하여 소정 형상의 상기 허니콤 구조체를 얻는 것인 허니콤 구조체 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 외주 가공을, 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체를 그 중심축을 중심으로 하여 회전시키고, 또한 상기 비드 소우의 상기 선형 커터를 상기 중심축 방향으로 주행시키는 동시에 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 측면으로부터 상기 허니콤 구조체에 상기 선형 커터를 누름으로써 행하는 것인 허니콤 구조체 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 외주 가공을, 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 측면으로부터 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체에 상기 선형 커터를 누른 후, 연속적인 한 동작으로 행하는 것인 허니콤 구조체 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조형 허니콤 구조체의 외주는, 그 중심축에 수직인 평면으로 절단한 단면 형상이 원형, 장원형, 타원형, 삼각형, 다각형 또는 다른 형상으로 되도록 가공되는 것인 허니콤 구조체 제조 방법.
