Claims (9)
- R(CH3)SiO2/2 단위 80 내지 98mol%, RSiO3/2 단위 0.1 내지 10.0mol% 및 R(CH3)2SiO1/2 단위 0.1 내지 10mol%를 포함하는 오가노폴리실록산(A)(여기서, R은 메틸, 페닐 또는 알케닐이고, 단 오가노폴리실록산 중의 R 그룹의 0.25 내지 4.0mol%는 알케닐이다) 100중량부;성분(A)의 알케닐 그룹당 0.1 내지 5개의 규소 결합된 수소원자를 제공하기에 충분한 양의, 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 규소 결합된 수소원자를 갖는 오가노폴리실록산(B);백금 촉매(C);실리카 분말(D) 0.01 내지 10중량부; 및하나 이상의 에폭시 화합물, 하나 이상의 다가 알콜 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택된 틱소트로피제(E) 0.01 내지 5중량부를 포함하고, 겉보기 점도 비가 2.0 내지 10.0이며, 경화되어 1/4 조도가 10 내지 200인 실리콘 겔을 형성하는 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 알케닐 그룹이 비닐인 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 메틸 및 페닐로부터 선택된 규소 결합된 유기 그 룹을 추가로 포함하는 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(D)의 비표면적이 50mm2/g 이상인 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분(D)의 비표면적이 100mm2/g 이상인 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(E)가 하나 이상의 에폭시 화합물인 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 화합물이 3-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란인 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(E)가 다가 알콜인 실리콘 겔 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 다가 알콜이 에틸렌 글리콜인 실리콘 겔 조성물.
