Claims (6)
- 바인더를 함유하는 배토로 이루어지는 성형 재료의 성형에 이용한 다이로부터, 상기 성형 재료를 제거하는 다이의 세정 방법으로서, 상기 성형 재료에 포함되는 바인더의 일부 또는 전부를 다이로부터 제거한 후, 상기 성형 재료를 다이로부터 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이의 세정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바인더의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하는 공정이, 다이를 가열함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이의 세정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열 온도가 200∼500℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이의 세정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형 재료를 제거하는 공정이, 40 kg/cm2 이하의 압력으로 유체를 다이에 내뿜음으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이의 세정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이가 초경 합금으로 이루어지는 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이의 세정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이가 슬릿을 갖는 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이의 세정 방법.
