Claims (7)
- 양극을 갖춘 양극실;음극을 갖춘 음극실;이들 양극실과 음극실 사이에 복수의 음이온 교환막 및 양이온 교환막을 교대로 배열함으로써 교대로 형성된 농축실 및 탈염실;상기 탈염실에 충전된 이온 교환체;상기 농축실에 충전된 이온 교환체, 활성탄 또는 전기 도전체;상기 양극실 및 음극실에 각각 전극수를 통수시키는 수단;상기 농축실에 농축수를 통수시키는 농축수 통수 수단; 및상기 탈염실에 원수를 통수하여 탈이온수를 추출하는 수단을 구비하고;상기 농축수 통수 수단은 상기 원수보다 실리카 또는 붕소 농도가 낮은 물을 탈염실의 탈이온수 추출구에 가까운 측에서부터 상기 농축실 내로 도입하는 동시에, 상기 농축실 중 탈염실의 원수 입구에 가까운 측에서부터 유출시키고, 이 농축실로부터 유출된 농축수의 적어도 일부를 계 외로 배출하는 수단이며;상기 탈염실 내에는 상기 이온 교환체로서 음이온 교환체와 양이온 교환체가 음이온 교환체와 양이온 교환체의 체적비 8/2 내지 5/5의 비율로 충전되어 있는 전기 탈이온 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 농축실 내에 이온 교환체가 충전되어 있고, 또한, 이 이온 교환체로서 음이온 교환체와 양이온 교환체가 음이온 교환체와 양이온 교환체의 체적비 8/2 내지 5/5의 비율로 충전되어 있는 것인 전기 탈이온 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈염실 내의 음이온 교환체의 적어도 일부가 II형 음이온 교환체인 전기 탈이온 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 음이온 교환체의 5 내지 15 체적%가 II형 음이온 교환체인 전기 탈이온 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈염실 내에서는 원수의 유입측일수록 음이온 교환체의 비율이 많은 것인 전기 탈이온 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온 교환체는 전기 탈이온 장치 운전을 시작하기 전에는 염형의 이온 교환 수지이며, 또한 이 염형의 이온 교환 수지는 실의 용적의 95 내지 100%의 양만큼 실 내에 충전되어 있는 것인 전기 탈이온 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양극에서 음극으로 향하는 방향의 연장 양 방향의 외측에 각각 엔드 플레이트가 배치되고,상기 엔드 플레이트의 주연부끼리가 타이로드로 연결되어 있으며,또한, 상기 전기 탈이온 장치의 측면측에 보강 부재가 접촉 배치되어 있는 전기 탈이온 장치.
