Description
Claims (7)
- 하기를 포함하는 고체 촉매 성분을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매:[A] 히드록실기를 갖지 않는 고체 성분;[B] 주기율표의 3-11 족으로부터 선택된 전이 금속의 화합물;[C] 전이 금속 화합물 [B] 과 반응하여 촉매 활성을 갖는 금속 착물을 형성할 수 있는 활성화제 화합물 (C-1) 및 오르가노알루미늄 화합물 (C-2) 의 혼합물; 및[D] (i) 하기 화학식으로 나타내어지는 오르가노마그네슘 화합물과, (ii) 아민 화합물, 알콜 화합물 및 실록산 화합물로부터 선택된 화합물을 반응시켜 수득되는, 탄화수소 용매 중에 가용성인 오르가노마그네슘 화합물:(Mt)α(Mg)β(R1)a(R2)b[식중, Mt 는 주기율표의 1-3 족에 속하는 금속 원자이고, R1 및 R2 는 탄소수 2 내지 20 의 탄화수소기이며, α, β, a 및 b 는 하기 관계식을 만족하는 수이다: 0 ≤α, 0 < β, 0 ≤a, 0 ≤b, a + b > 0, 및 rα+ 2β= a + b (식중, r 은 Mt 의 원자가이다)].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Mt 가 Al, B, Zn 또는 Be 인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, α및 β가 관계식 α> 0 및 0.5 ≤β/α≤10 을 충족시키는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, R1 이 1차 알킬기인 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 주기율표의 3-11 족으로부터 선택된 전이 금속의 화합물 [B] 가 하기 화학식 1 로 나타내어지는 화합물인 올레핀 중합용 촉매:[화학식 1]LjWkMXpX'q[식중, L 은 독립적으로 시클로펜타디에닐기, 인데닐기, 테트라히드로인데닐기, 플루오레닐기, 테트라히드로플루오레닐기 및 옥타히드로플루오레닐기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 η-결합 시클릭 음이온 리간드를 나타내고, 상기 리간드는 1 내지 8 개의 치환기를 가질 수 있고, 치환기들 은 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 탄화수소기, 할로겐 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 할로겐 치환된 탄화수소기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 아미노히드로카르빌기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 히드로카르빌옥시기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 디히드로카르빌아미노기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 히드로카르빌포스피노기, 실릴기, 아미노실릴기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 히드로카르빌옥시실릴기 및 할로실릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택된 20 개 이하의 비-수소원자를 갖는 것이고;M 은 주기율표 4 족에 속하는 전이금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며 하나 이상의 리간드 L 에 η5-결합된, 표준 산화수가 +2, +3 또는 +4 인 전이금속을 나타내고;W 는 50 개 이하의 비-수소 원자를 갖고, L 및 M 에 각각 1가 결합되어, L 및 M 과 함께 메탈로-사이클을 형성하는 2가 치환기이고;X 는 1가 음이온성 σ-결합 리간드, M 에 2가 결합되는 2가 음이온성 σ-결합 리간드, 및 L 및 M 에 각각 1가 결합되는 2가 음이온성 σ-결합 리간드로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택된, 60 개 이하의 비-수소 원자를 갖는 음이온성 σ-결합 리간드를 나타내고;X' 는 독립적으로 40 개 이하의 비-수소 원자를 갖는 중성 루이스 염기 배위 화합물을 나타내고;j 는 1 또는 2 이고, 단 j 가 2 인 경우, 두 개의 리간드 L 은 20 개 이하의 비-수소 원자를 갖는 2 가 기를 통해 서로 결합할 수 있고, 상기 2 가 기는 탄소수 1 내지 20 의 히드로카르바디일기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 할로히드로카르바디일기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 히드로카르빌렌옥시기, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 히드로카르빌렌아미노기, 실란디일기, 할로실란디일기 및 실릴렌아미노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;k 는 0 또는 1 이고;p 는 0, 1 또는 2 이고, 단 X 가 1가 음이온성 σ-결합 리간드, 또는 L 및 M 에 결합되는 2가 음이온성 σ-결합 리간드인 경우, p 는 M 의 표준 산화수 보다 1 이상 적은 정수이고, X 가 M 에만 결합되는 2가 음이온성 σ-결합 리간드인 경우, p 는 M 의 표준 산화수 보다 (j+1) 이상 낮은 정수이고, q 는 0, 1 또는 2 이다].
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 전이금속 화합물 [B] 와 반응하여, 촉매활성을 갖는 금속 착물을 형성할 수 있는 활성화제 화합물 (C-1) 이 하기 화학식 2 로 나타내어지는 화합물인 올레핀 중합용 촉매:[화학식 2][L-H]d+[MmQp]d-[식중, [L-H]d+ 는 양성자 공여 브뢴스테드 산을 나타내고, L 은 중성 루이스 염기를 나타내고, d 는 1 내지 7 의 정수이고; [MmQp]d- 는 적합한 비-배위 음이온을 나타내고, M 은 주기율표의 5-15족에 속하는 금속 또는 준금속을 나타내며, Q 는 히드라이드, 할라이드, 탄소수 2 내지 20 의 디히드로카르빌아미드기, 탄소수 1 내지 30 의 히드로카르빌옥시기, 탄소수 1 내지 30 의 탄화수소기 및 탄소수 1 내지 40 의 치환된 탄화수소기로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되고, 할라이드인 Q 의 수는 1 이하이고, m 은 1 내지 7 의 정수이고, p 는 2 내지 14 의 정수 이고, d 는 상기 정의된 바와 같으며, p - m = d 이다].
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 올레핀 중합용 촉매의 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리올레핀의 제조 방법.
