Description
Claims (15)
- 제1항에 있어서, 고유 점도(I.V)가 1.6~1.8dl/g임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-A).
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 글리세롤 0.05~0.10중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-A).
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 디카복실산이 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 1,5-디나프탈렌 디카복실산, 2,6-디나프탈렌 디카복실산, 디메틸 테레프탈레이트, 및 디메틸 이소프탈레이트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 어느 하나, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-A).
- 제1항에 있어서, 저급 디올이 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,2-프로판디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 어느 하나, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-A).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌옥사이드가 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리옥시프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌 글리콜로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 어느 하나, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-A).
- 제1항 내지 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 TPE-A 66~96.85중량%, 하이드록시카복실산 화합물 3~28중량%, 디이소시아네이트 0.1~5.0중량%, 및 카보디이미드 0.05~1.0중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-B).
- 제7항에 있어서, 하이드록시카복실산 화합물이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리부틸렌 나프탈레이트(PBN), 폴리사이클로헥산 테레프탈레이트(PCT), 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT)로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 어느 하나, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-B).
- 제7항에 있어서, 용융지수비(MIR)가 1.0~1.5 임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-B).
- 제9항에 있어서, PBT의 고유 점도가 0.7~1.3dl/g 임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-B).
- (a) 방향족 디카복실산 30~45중량%, 저급 디올 15~30중량%, 폴리알킬렌옥사이드 20~50중량%, 제1항에 정의된 디에틸렌글리콜 비스페놀-A 0.3~9.0중량%, 및 글리세롤 0.05~0.10중량%를 용융중합 반응시켜 TPE-A를 제조하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 (a)에서 제조된 TPE-A 66~96.85중량%, 하이드록시카복실산 화합물 3~28중량%, 디이소시아네이트 0.1~5.0중량%, 및 카보디이미드 0.05~1.0중량%를 반응 압출시켜 TPE-B를 제조하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지(TPE-B)의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 제10항에 정의된 4,4-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 변성체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 압출기에서의 체류 시간이 50~80초임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
