Claims (5)
- 수증기의 팽창을 하나 이상의 배압 증기 터빈(들) (T)에서 수행하는 것을 포함하는, 반응열을 발산시키는 열매체로서 물을 사용하여 에틸렌을 공기 또는 산소로 직접 산화시키며 압력이 증가하는 운전 시간에 걸쳐 연속적으로 형성되는 수증기가 팽창되도록 하여 에틸렌 옥시드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증기 터빈(들) (T)이 하나 이상의 작동 기계 (M), 특히 공정 펌프 및 압축기, 및(또는) 하나 이상의 발전기 (G)를 작동시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 증기 터빈(들) (T)에 공급되는 수증기의 압력이 25 내지 70 bar, 바람직하게는 30 내지 65 bar인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌 옥시드로부터 가수분해, 가압 탈수, 진공 탈수 및 이어서 증류에 의해 모노에틸렌 글리콜이 생성되며, 에틸렌의 직접 산화에서 생기는 수증기가 증기 터빈(들) (T)을 통해 가압 탈수 탑의 탑저 리보일러 (S) 또는 캐스케이드의 제1 가압 탈수 탑의 탑저 리보일러 (S)의 압력으로 팽창되고, 증기 터빈(들) (T)의 배출 증기는 가압 탈수 탑 또는 캐스케이드의 제1 가압 탈수 탑을 가열하는데 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 증기 터빈(들) (T)을 통해 증기 그리드 (N)의 압력 또는 소비자, 특히 증기 분사기 또는 탑저 리보일러의 운전 압력으로 팽창되는 방법.
