Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled reaction is effected using a reactor that is composed of the preheating part, reaction part and cooling part with a partition wall set between the reaction part and the cooling part wherein hot water is continuously circulated, meanwhile th starting materials are preheated with the reaction mixture gas that is cooled to some extent, thus increasing heat efficiency and depressing side-reactions. CONSTITUTION:On the oxidation of hydrocarbon in the reactor that is composed of the plate 14 separating the shell 16 in the reaction part 7 from the shell 11 in the cooling part 8 and of a plurality of the reaction tubes 5, hot water of 130-180 deg. is sent through pipe 10 to the shell 11 to come into contact with the outer surface of the pipes 5 in the cooling part through which the reaction gas of 200-300 deg.C passes. The hot water resulting from heat exchange is sent through pipe 12 to the gas-liquid separator 13, then sent through pipe 16 to the shell 16 to contact with the outer surface of the reaction tubes 5. The hot water removes the reaction heat to come to boil and the boiling water preheats the starting gas in the preheatin part 6, then the hot water spontaneously circulates through the pipe 17. In the meantime, the starting gas from the pipe 18 is subjected to heat exchange with the reaction gas (heated at 150-250 deg.C) from the pipe 21 and sent to the reaction tubes 5 after preheated up to 100-200 deg.C. EFFECT:Complete oxidation and isomerization are prohibited.
