Claims (6)
- 귀리겨를 1차 분쇄한 후, 고속으로 분사하여 냉동벽에 충돌시켜 초미세 분말화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉동벽의 온도는 - 15 내지 -20 ℃이고, 분사 속도는 95 m/sec 내지 100 m/sec인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세 분말상의 귀리겨의 입도는 500 메쉬보다 작은 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 얻어진 귀리겨 초미세 분말에 온수를 첨가하고, 교반하여 추출한 귀리겨의 유효성분을 포함하는 음료용 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 귀리 배아 분말 3 중량 % 내지 8 중량 %을 첨가한 다음 열처리하여 베타-글루카나제 활성을 제거하고, 전분가수분해효소를 가하여 액화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법에 의하여 얻어지는 귀리겨의 유효성분을 포함하는 음료용 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 귀리겨의 유효성분은 베타-글루칸, 아베난트라마이드, 및 토코페롤로 이루어지는 군으로 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 음료용 조성물.
