- 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 토너용 바인더수지로서,폴리에스테르수지가,테트라하이드로푸란 불용성분(A-1) 0.1∼40중량%테트라하이드로푸란 가용성분(A-2) 99.9∼60중량%로 이루어지고테트라하이드로푸란 불용성분(A-1)이,(Ⅰ) 테레프탈산유래의 구조단위와(Ⅱ) (A-1)성분 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여(Ⅱ-1-1) 탄소수 2∼10의 디알콜유래의 구조단위 39.9∼75몰%(Ⅱ-1-2) 탄소수 3∼10의 트리알콜유래의 구조단위 0.1∼20몰%(Ⅱ-2) 비스페놀계화합물유래의 구조단위 15∼60몰%의 조성의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위와(Ⅲ) (A-1)성분 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여C, H, N, O, S 로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 가지는 탄소수 1∼20의 2관능 이상의 원자단구조단위 0.1∼30몰%로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르구조를 가지고,테트라하이드로푸란 가용성분(A-2)이,(Ⅰ) 테레프탈산유래의 구조단위와(Ⅳ) (A-2)성분 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여(Ⅳ-1) 탄소수 2∼10의 디알콜유래의 구조단위 40∼85몰%(Ⅳ-2) 비스페놀계화합물유래의 구조단위 15∼60몰%의 조성의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위와,(Ⅴ) (A-2)성분 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여C, H, O 로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 가지는 탄소수 1∼20의 3관능 이상의 원자단 구조단위 2∼20몰%(Ⅵ) (A-2)성분 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여탄소수 1∼20의 2관능 이상의 원자단구조단위 0∼10몰%로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르구조를 가지는 폴리에스테르수지(A)인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르수지(A)의(Ⅱ-1-1) 및 (Ⅳ-1)의 구조단위가, 에틸렌글리콜유래의 구조단위이고,(Ⅱ-1-2) 및 (Ⅴ)의 구조단위가, 트리메티롤프로판유래의 구조단위이고(Ⅱ-2) 및 (Ⅳ-2)의 구조단위가, 비스페놀A 유도체유래의 구조단위이고(Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅵ)의 구조단위가, 2관능 이상의 이소시아네이트유래의 구조단위인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2관능 이상의 원자단 구조단위는 2관능 이상의 이소시아네이트(ⅲ)이고,상기 폴리에스테르수지(A)는,(Ⅰ) 테레프탈산유래의 구조단위와(Ⅱ) 폴리에스테르수지(a-1) 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여(Ⅱ-1-1) 탄소수 2∼10의 디알콜유래의 구조단위 39.9∼75몰%(Ⅱ-1-2) 탄소수 3∼10의 트리알콜유래의 구조단위 0.1∼20몰%(Ⅱ-2) 비스페놀계화합물유래의 구조단위 15∼60몰%의 조성의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위를 가지는 폴리에스테르수지(a-1)과,(Ⅰ) 테레프탈산유래의 구조단위와(Ⅳ) 폴리에스테르수지(a-2) 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여(Ⅳ-1) 탄소수 2∼10의 디알콜유래의 구조단위 40∼85몰%(Ⅳ-2) 비스페놀계화합물유래의 구조단위 15∼60몰%의 조성의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위와,(Ⅴ) 폴리에스테르수지(a-2) 중의 다가알콜유래의 구조단위의 합계 몰수를 100몰%로 하여C, H, O 로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 가지는 탄소수 1∼20의 3관능 이상의 원자단 구조단위 2∼20몰%를 가지는 폴리에스테르수지(a-2) 및2관능 이상의 이소시아네이트(ⅲ)를 반응시켜 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더수지.
- (ⅰ) 테레프탈산유도체와,(ⅱ) (ⅱ-1-1) 탄소수 2∼10의 디알콜(ⅱ-1-2) 탄소수 3∼10의 트리알콜(ⅱ-2) 비스페놀유도체로 이루어지는 다가알콜과(ⅶ) 테레프탈산계폴리에스테르를 해중합 및 중축합시켜 폴리에스테르수지(a-1)를 제조하는 공정과,(ⅰ) 테레프탈산유도체와,(ⅳ) (ⅳ-1) 탄소수 2∼10의 디알콜(ⅳ-2) 비스페놀유도체(ⅳ-3) 3관능 이상의 탄소수 1∼20의 알콜로 이루어지는 다가알콜과,(ⅶ) 테레프탈산계폴리에스테르를 해중합 및 중축합시켜 폴리에스테르수지(a-2)를 제조하는 공정과,폴리에스테르수지(a-1)와폴리에스테르수지(a-2)와2관능 이상의 이소시아네이트(ⅲ)를 반응시키는 공정을 가지는 제1항에 기재된 토너용 바인더수지의 제조방법.
- 저분자량 왁스(ⅷ)의 존재하에폴리에스테르수지(a-1)와,2관능 이상의 이소시아네이트(ⅲ)와,필요에 따라 폴리에스테르수지(a-2)를 반응시켜서 얻어지는 토너용 바인더수지.
- 제1항에 기재된 토너용 바인더수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너.
- 제3항에 기재된 토너용 바인더수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너.
- 제5항에 기재된 토너용 바인더수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너.
