本发明涉及一种非磁性单组份墨粉,其组分及重量配比为:树脂:60~90%,着色剂:1~35%,石蜡:2~10%,荷电剂:0.1~4%,碱土金属氧化物:0.1~10%,外添剂:0.1~5%;制备工艺为:将树脂、着色剂、石蜡、荷电剂、碱土金属氧化物按比例称重,装入原料混合机充分混合,经混炼机混炼压成片状,粉碎分级后得分级品,向分级品中加入外添剂,再经最终混合机充分混合过筛即可。它具有稳定图像质量,提高黑度,增强黑度的均匀性及持久性,减少底灰,层次分明的优点,在图像分辨率、粘鼓、定影、流动性、环境适应性、贮存、运输等方面都能满足客户要求,且通用性强,成本低,制造简单方便,易控制,污染少,属于环保型耗材。

Description

非磁性单组份墨粉
(一)、技术领域
本发明涉及一种非磁性单组份墨粉,用于激光打印机。
(二)、背景技术
目前,用于激光打印机的非磁性单组份墨粉的生产厂家众多,在多数机型上,它们的产品在黑度、底灰、图像层次、分辨率、粘鼓、定影、流动性、环境适应性、贮存、运输等方面都能满足终端客户的基本要求。但通用性不强,黑度与底灰一直是困扰激光打印机墨粉的两大难题。如在某些机型上存在底灰大,黑度浅,连续打印黑度降低较快,消耗量较大等缺点。
(三)、发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种非磁性单份墨粉,它具有稳定图像质量,提高黑度,增强黑度的均匀性及持久性,减少底灰,层次分明的优点,在图像分辨率、粘鼓、定影、流动性、环境适应性、贮存、运输等方面都能满足客户要求,且通用性强,成本低,制造简单方便,易控制,污染少,属于环保型耗材。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:其组分与重量配比为:树脂:60~90%,着色剂:1~35%,石蜡:2~10%,荷电剂:0.1~4%,碱土金属氧化物:0.1~10%,外添剂:0.1~5%;制备工艺为:将树脂、着色剂、石蜡、荷电剂、碱土金属氧化物按比例称重,装入原料混合机充分混合10-30分后,经混炼机混炼压成片状,经粉碎分级后得到分级品,分级品微粒大小控制在5-14μm,最后向分级品中加入外添剂,再经最终混合机充分混合3-30分钟过筛30-100目后即可。
本发明具有稳定图像质量,提高黑度,增强黑度的均匀性及持久性,减少底灰,层次分明的优点,在图像分辨率、粘鼓、定影、流动性、环境适应性、贮存、运输等方面都能满足客户要求,且通用性强,成本低,制造简单方便,易控制,污染少,属于环保型耗材。
(四)、具体实施方式
本发明的组成及重量配比为:树脂:60~90%,着色剂:1~35%,石蜡:2~10%,荷电剂:0.1~4%,碱土金属氧化物:0.1~10%,外添剂:0.1~5%。实施例:苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂:84%,炭黑:7%,石蜡:3.5%,荷电剂:2.6%,氧化锶:2%,二氧化硅:0.9%。
所述的碱土金属氧化物为氧化镁、氧化钙、氧化锶、氧化钡。
制备工艺为:将树脂、着色剂、石蜡、荷电剂、碱土金属氧化物按比例称重,装入原料混合机充分混合10-30分后,经混炼机混炼压成片状,经粉碎分级后得到分级品,分级品微粒大小控制在5-14μm,最后向分级品中加入外添剂,再经最终混合机充分混合3-30分钟过筛30-100目后即可。

1.一种非磁性单组份墨粉,其特征在于:其组分及重量配比为:树脂:60~90%,着色剂:1~35%,石蜡:2~10%,荷电剂:0.1~4%,碱土金属氧化物:0.1~10%,外添剂:0.1~5%;制备工艺:将树脂、着色剂、石蜡、荷电剂、碱土金属氧化物按比例称重,装入原料混合机充分混合10-30分后,经混炼机混炼压成片状,经粉碎分级后得到分级品,分级品微粒大小控制在5-14μm,最后向分级品中加入外添剂,再经最终混合机充分混合3-30分钟过筛30-100目后即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非磁性单组份墨粉,其特征在于:所述的碱土金属氧化物为氧化镁、氧化钙、氧化锶、氧化钡。
