Description
Claims (10)
- 베이스수단;상기 베이스수단에 연결되는 회전구동원;상기 베이스수단의 축방향으로 연재되고, 상기 베이스수단에 의해 지지되는 튜브부재;상기 튜브부재의 내부를 따라 축방향으로 변위자재하게 설치되는 내부이동체;상기 튜브부재의 외부에 설치되고, 내부이동체와의 자기결합작용하에 상기 내부이동체와 일체로 상기 튜브부재의 축방향을 따라 변위하는 외부이동체;상기 회전구동원의 회전구동력을 상기 내부이동체에 전달하는 회전구동력 전달기구;상기 튜브부재의 내벽면에 일체로 형성되어 상기 내부이동체의 회전을 방지하는 회전방지용 플레이트; 및상기 튜브부재를 지지하며, 상기 베이스수단의 긴방향을 따라 연설되는 지지용 리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전구동력 전달기구는 상기 회전구동원의 구동축에 연결되는 수송나사축과, 상기 수송나사축과의 나합작용하에 회전운동을 직선운동으로 전환하는 수송나사너트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전구동력 전달기구는 제1 풀리와 제2 풀리와의 사이에 현가되고 상기 내부이동체에 내삽되어, 상기 회전구동원의 구동작용하에 상기 내부이동체를 변위시키는 벨트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스수단은 상기 튜브부재에 설치되는 제1 챔버 및 제2 챔버를 연통시키는 연통로를 가지며, 상기 제1 챔버 및 제2 챔버는 내부이동부재에 의해 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연통로는 외부와 차단된 폐쇄통로인 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부이동체를 지지하며, 상기 튜브부재의 외주면에 대해 외부이동체를 비접촉상태로 유지하는 가이드수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스수단은 베이스부재, 및 상기 베이스부재의 축방향의 양단부에 연결되는 한 쌍의 앤드블록을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지용 리브는 상기 베이스수단의 측부의 내벽을 따라서 수평방향으로 연재하도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 벨트는 직경이 큰 제1 튜브부재 및 직경이 작은 제2 튜브부재에 의해 강고하게 밀봉되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 튜브부재는 상기 베이스수단에 평행하게 연재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
