Claims (2)
- 질량 %로,C : 0.75 내지 0.85 %,Si : 1.5 내지 2.5 %,Mn : 0.5 내지 1.0 %,Cr : 0.3 내지 1.0 %,P : 0.015 % 이하,S : 0.015 % 이하,N : 0.001 내지 0.007 %,W : 0.05 내지 0.3 %잔량부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물을 포함하고, 인장 강도 2000 ㎫ 이상, 또한 검경면에 차지하는 세멘타이트계 구형 탄화물에 관하여,원 상당 직경 0.2 ㎛ 이상의 점유 면적율이 7 % 이하 (단, 0%를 포함하지 않음),원 상당 직경 0.2 내지 3 ㎛의 존재 밀도가 1개/㎛2 이하,원 상당 직경 3 ㎛ 초과의 존재 밀도가 0.001개/㎛2 이하를 충족하고, 또한 구오스테나이트 입경 번호가 10번 이상, 잔류 오스테나이트가 12 질량 % 이하, 최대 탄화물 직경이 15 ㎛ 이하 또한 최대 산화물 직경이 15 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 스프링용 열처리 강선.
- 제1항에 있어서,Mo : 0.05 내지 0.2 %,V : 0.05 내지 0.2 %중 1 종류 또는 2 종류을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 스프링용 열처리 강선.
