Claims (10)
- 스캔신호가 공급되는 게이트라인과,상기 게이트라인과 절연되게 교차하며 전압을 공급하는 전압공급라인과,상기 게이트라인 및 전압공급라인과 다른 물질로 상기 전압공급라인과 절연되게 형성되며 데이터신호가 공급되는 데이터라인을 구비하며,상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 전압공급라인 중 적어도 어느 하나는 고융점금속으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고융점 금속은 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 텅스텐(W), 탄탈륨(Ta) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 전압공급라인은 각각 다른 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인은 내열 안정성이 좋은 고융점금속으로 형성되며,상기 전압공급라인은 저저항금속으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 저저항금속은 알루미늄(Al)과 고융점 금속의 이중구조 및 알루미늄 합금 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 기판 상에 스캔신호가 공급되는 게이트라인과, 상기 게이트라인과 절연되게 교차하며 전압을 공급하는 전압공급라인과, 상기 게이트라인 및 전압공급라인과 다른 물질로 상기 전압공급라인과 절연되게 형성되며 데이터신호가 공급되는 데이터라인 중 적어도 어느 하나의 신호라인을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며;상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 전압공급라인 중 적어도 어느 하나는 고융점금속으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 기판 상에 게이트라인, 전원공급라인 및 데이터라인 중 적어도 어느 하나의 신호라인을 형성하는 단계는상기 기판 상에 상기 고융점금속과 포토레지스트를 순차적으로 증착하는 단계와,상기 포토레지스트를 포토마스크로 패터닝하여 포토레지스트패턴을 형성하는 단계와,상기 포토레지스트패턴을 이용하여 상기 고융점금속을 식각함으로써 상기 기판 상에 게이트라인, 전원공급라인 및 데이터라인 중 적어도 어느 하나의 신호라인을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 고융점 금속은 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 텅스텐(W), 탄탈륨(Ta) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 전압공급라인은 각각 다른 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인은 고융점금속으로 형성되며,상기 전압공급라인은 알루미늄을 포함하는 저저항금속층, 알루미늄을 포함하는 이중 금속층 및 알루미늄과 고융점금속을 포함하는 2중 금속층 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
