Claims (10)
- 스캔신호가 공급되는 다수개의 게이트라인과, 데이터신호가 공급되는 다수개의 데이터라인과, 상기 데이터라인과 나란하게 형성되어 전압을 공급하는 전압공급라인을 포함하는 유기 전계발광소자에 있어서,상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 전압공급라인 중 적어도 하나 이상이 고융점 금속을 갖는 배선인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고융점 금속 물질은 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 텅스텐(W), 탄탈륨(Ta) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 전압공급라인은 각각 다른 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인은 내열 안정성이 좋은 고융점 금속이고,상기 전압공급라인은 저저항 특성을 가지는 금속이며,상기 데이터라인은 상기 게이트라인 및 전압공급라인과 다른 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 저저항 특성을 가지는 금속은 알루미늄(Al)과 고융점 금속의 이중구조와 알루미늄 합금 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자.
- 스캔신호가 공급되는 다수개의 게이트라인과, 데이터신호가 공급되는 다수개의 데이터라인과, 상기 데이터라인과 나란하게 형성되어 전압을 공급하는 전압공급라인을 포함하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 전압공급라인 중 최소 하나 이상의 배선이 고융점 금속물질로 구성된 전도층으로 형성되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 전도층을 형성하는 단계는 기판 상에 포토레지스트를 도포한 다음 포토 마스크를 이용하여 패터닝하는 단계와,상기 기판 상에 고융점 금속 물질을 전면증착하는 단계와,상기 포토레지스트 패턴을 제거하여 상기 기판 상에 고융점 금속 물질로 구성된 신호배선을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 고융점 금속 물질은 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 텅스텐(W), 탄탈륨(Ta) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 라인, 데이터 라인 및 전압공급라인을 서로 다른 물질로 구성된 전도층을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 라인은 고융점 금속 물질로 구성된 전도층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 전압공급라인은 알루미늄(Al)과 구리(Cu)의 이중구조, 알루미늄(Al)과 고융점 금속 물질의 이중구조 및 알루미늄 합금으로 구성된 전도층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 데이터라인은 상기 게이트 라인과 전압공급라인과 다른 물질의 고융점 금속 물질로 구성된 전도층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광소자의 제조방법.
