Claims (8)
- 가암모니아 산화에 의한 불포화 니트릴의 제조에 사용되는 하기의 실험식으로 표시되는 촉매 조성물:Mo10BiaFebSbcNidCreFfGgHhKkXxYyOi(SiO2)j(상기 식에서,Mo, Bi, Fe, Sb, Ni, Cr 및 K 각각은 몰리브덴, 비스무트, 철, 안티몬, 니켈, 크롬 및 포테슘을 나타내고,F 는 지르코늄, 란타늄 및 세륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 나타내고,G 는 마그네슘, 코발트, 망간 및 아연으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 나타내고,H 는 바나듐, 니오븀, 탄탈륨 및 텅스텐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 나타내고,X 는 인, 붕소 및 텔루르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 나타내고,Y 는 리튬, 소듐, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 나타내고,O 는 산소를 나타내고,SiO2 는 실리카를 나타내고,하첨자 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, x 및 y 는 원자 또는 원자 군의 비를 나타내며,Mo = 10 인 경우, a = 0.1 ∼ 3, b = 0.3 ∼ 15, c = 0 ∼ 20, d = 3 ∼ 8, e = 0.2 ∼ 2, f = 0.05 ∼ 1, e/f > 1, g = 0 ∼ 5, h = 0 ∼ 3, k = 0.1 ∼ 1, x = 0 ∼ 3, y = 0 ∼ 1 이고, i 는 상기 각 성분의 결합에 의해 생성된 산소의 수이고,j = 0 ∼ 100 이다).

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속 산화물 촉매가, 적어도 몰리브덴, 비스무트 및 철 성분용 원료 물질 및 킬레이트화제를 함유하는 pH 6 이상의 수성 슬러리를 분무 건조하고 수득한 생성물을 소성해서 제조한 유동층 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 몰리브덴용 원료 물질의 전부 또는 일부, 및 니켈, 코발트, 마그네슘, 크롬, 망간 및 아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소용 원료 물질을 함유하는 pH 6 이상의 수성 슬러리를 텔루르용 원료 물질 또는 철(鐵)용 원료 물질을 함유하는 슬러리 또는 용액과 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 건조 및 소성하는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 촉매 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 몰리브덴용 원료 물질의 전부 또는 일부, 및 니켈, 코발트, 마그네슘, 크롬, 망간 및 아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소용 원료 물질을 함유하는 pH 6 이상의 수성 슬러리를 50 내지 120 ℃ 에서, 10분 이상 동안 열처리하고, 텔루르용 원료 물질 또는 철(鐵)용 원료 물질을 상기 열처리된 슬러리와 혼합한 다음, 그 혼합물을 건조하고 소성하는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
- 몰리브덴용 원료 물질의 전부 또는 일부, 및 니켈, 코발트, 마그네슘, 크롬, 망간 및 아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소용 원료 물질을 함유하는 pH 6 이상의 수성 슬러리를 텔루르용 원료 물질 및 철(鐵)용 원료 물질을 함유하는 슬러리 또는 용액과 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 건조 및 소성하는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 촉매 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 몰리브덴용 원료 물질의 전부 또는 일부, 및 니켈, 코발트, 마그네슘, 크롬, 망간 및 아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소용 원료 물질을 함유하는 pH 6 이상의 수성 슬러리를 50 내지 120 ℃ 에서, 10분 이상 동안 열처리하고, 텔루르용 원료 물질 및 철(鐵)용 원료 물질을 상기 열처리된 슬러리와 혼합한 다음, 그 혼합물을 건조하고 소성하는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 촉매 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀의 가암모니아 산화에 의한 불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
