Claims (4)
- 촉매의 존재 하에 메탄올을 산소 및 암모니아 분자와 기체상 접촉 반응시켜 시안화수소산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매가, 철 함량을 10으로 간주했을 때 이에 대한 원자비로 바나듐 함량이 0.6∼3 인, 철, 안티몬, 인 및 바나듐을 함유하는 산화물 조성물이고, 기체상 접촉 반응을 위한 혼합 원료 가스는 산소-대-메탄올의 몰비 0.8∼1.5 로 산소를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매가 하기 실험식으로 표현되는 방법 :Fe a Sb b P c V d Mo e Cu f W g X h Y i Z j O k (SiO 2 ) l[상기 식에서, X 는 Mg, Zn, La, Ce, Al, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Bi, U 및 Sn 으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 ; Y 는 B 및 Te 로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 ; Z 는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Ca 및 Ba 로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 ; 및 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k 및 l 은 원자비이고, a 가 10 일 때, b = 12 ~ 30, c = 1 ~ 30, d = 0.6 ~ 3, e = 0 ~ 0.3, f = 0 ~ 5, g = 0 ~ 3, h = 0 ~ 6, i = 0 ~ 5, j = 0 ~ 3, k = 원소 Fe, Sb, P, V, Mo, Cu, W, X, Y 및 Z 으로 형성된 산화물에 상응하는 수, 및 l = 0 ~ 200 임].
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매가 결정상인 철 안티모네이트를 함유하는 방법.
- 하기 실험식으로 표현되는, 시안화수소산 제조용 촉매 :Fe a Sb b P c V d Mo e Cu f W g X h Y i Z j O k (SiO 2 ) l[상기 식에서, X 는 Mg, Zn, La, Ce, Al, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Bi, U 및 Sn 으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 ; Y 는 B 및 Te 로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 ; Z 는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Ca 및 Ba 로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 ; 및 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k 및 l 은 원자비이고, a 가 10 일 때, b = 12 ~ 30, c = 1 ~ 30, d = 0.6 ~ 3, e = 0 ~ 0.3, f = 0 ~ 5, g = 0 ~ 3, h = 0 ~ 6, i = 0 ~ 5, j = 0 ~ 3, k = 원소 Fe, Sb, P, V, Mo, Cu, W, X, Y 및 Z 으로 형성된 산화물에 대응하는 수, 및 l = 0 ~ 200 임].
