Claims (21)
- a) 일반식 Mg(OR)2, 여기서 R은 1∼20의 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로카빌 또는 치환하이드로카빌임, 의 마그네슘 디알콕사이드의 용해성 마그네슘 화합물;b) 하나의 알콕사이드에 대하여 하나의 염소를 교환할 수 있는 염소화제;c) 제1의 약한 염소화/티탄화제;d) 제2의 보다 강한 염소화/티탄화제; 및e) 오르가노알루미늄 화합물 예비활성화제;를 포함하는 에틸렌중합촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용해성 마그네슘 화합물이 일반식 MgRR'의 알킬 마그네슘 화합물의 반응생성물이며, 여기서 R 과 R'은 1∼10의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기로서 같거나 다를 수 있는데 R"가 2∼10의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기인 일반식 R"OH의 알콕인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 마그네슘 화합물이 마그네슘 디에틸, 마그네슘 디프로필, 마그네슘 디부틸 또는 부틸에틸마그네슘인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알콜이 선형 또는 가지형인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알콜이 에탈올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올, 이소부탄올 또는 2-에틸헥사놀인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, a)에 알루미늄 알킬을 추가적으로 포함하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에테르를 추가적으로 포함하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소화제가 일반식 ClAR"'x 또는 ClAOR"'x 로 이루어지는데, 여기서 A는 하나의 알콕사이드를 하나의 염소로 교활할 수 있는 비환원산소친화성 화합물이고 R"'는 알킬 및 x는 A-1의 원자가인 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서, A가 티타늄, 실리콘, 알루미늄, 카본, 주석 또는 케르마늄인 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서, R"'가 2∼6의 탄소원자를 갖는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 약한 염소화/타탄화제가 모두 4개의 동일한 치환체를 갖는 두 개의 테트라-치환 티타늄 화합물의 혼합물이고, 치환체는 할라이드 또는 2∼10의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕사이드 또는 페녹사이드인 촉매.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제1의 약한 염소화/티탄화제가 타타늄 할라이드와 티타늄 알콕사이드의 혼합물인 촉매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 제1의 약한 염소화/타탄화제가 TiCl4와 Ti(OBu)4의 혼합물인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 약한 염소화/티탄화제가 일반식 Ti(OR)aXb의 티타늄 알콕시할라이드로서, 여기에서 OR 과 X는 각각 알콕사이드와 할라이드이고 a+b는 티타늄의 원자가인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 RSi(OR')3의 전자도너를 추가적으로 포함하는데, 여기서 R과 R'은 1∼5의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬로서 갖거나 다를 수 있는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2의 강한 염소화/티탄화제가 티타늄 할라이드인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오르가노알루미늄 예비활성화제가 식 AlR^3의 알루미늄 알킬로서, 여기서 R^은 같거나 다를 수 있는데 최소한 하나의 R^은 알킬인 촉매.
- a) 일반식 Mg(OR)2, 여기서 R은 1∼20의 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로카빌 또는 치환된 하이드로카빌임, 의 용해성 마그네슘 디알콕사이드 화합물을 선택하고;b) 하나의 알콕사이드를 하나의 염소로 교환할 수 있는 염소화제를 첨가하며;c) 제1의 염소화/티탄화제를 첨가하고;d) 제2의 보다 강한 염소화/티탄화제를 첨가하며;e) 오르가노알루미늄 예비활성화제를 첨가하는 것;을 포함하는 촉매합성 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, a)에 알루미늄 알킬을 추가적으로 포함하는 방법.
- 에틸렌을 중합하기 위한 방법에 있어서,a) 하기 성분을 포함하는 촉매를 활성화시키는 단계;1) 일반식 Mg(OR)2인 마그네슘 디알콕사이드의 용해성 마그네슘 화합물, 여기서 R은 1∼20의 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로카빌 또는 치환하이드로카빌;2) 하나의 알콕사이드에 대하여 하나의 염소를 교환할 수 있는 염소화제;3) 제1의 약한 염소화/티탄화제;4) 제2의 보다 강한 염소화/티탄화제; 및5) 오르가노알루미늄 화합물;b) 오르가노알루미늄 화합물로 촉매를 활성화시키는 단계;c) 중합조건 하에서 촉매를 에틸렌 모노머와 접촉시키는 단계; 및d) 폴리에틸렌을 추출하는 단계;를 포함하는 에틸렌 중합 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, a) 1)에 알루미늄 알킬을 추가적으로 포함하는 방법.
