Claims (12)
- 카본 분말과 혼합하면서 페놀과 알데하이드를 촉매의 존재 하에서 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료로서, (a) 상기 성형 재료 중의 카본 분말의 함량이 75 wt% 이상이고, (b) 상기 성형 재료 중의 질소 성분의 함량이 0.3 wt% 이하이고, (c) 상기 촉매가 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 탄산염, 수산화물, 산화물 및 3급 아민으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 3급 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본 분말이 고정 탄소를 90 wt% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 3급 아민 및 알칼리 금속의 수산화물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 트리에틸아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 KOH인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 NaOH 및 트리에틸아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 페놀이 5 wt% 이상의 소수성 페놀을 포함하고, 상기 소수성 페놀의 물에 대한 용해도가 상온에서 5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 카본 분말과 혼합하면서 페놀과 알데하이드를 촉매의 존재 하에서 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료로서, (a) 상기 성형 재료 중의 카본 분말의 함량이 75 wt% 이상이고, (b) 상기 성형 재료 중의 질소 성분의 함량이 0.3 wt% 이하이고, (c) 상기 페놀이 5 wt% 이상의 소수성 페놀을 포함하고, (d) 상기 소수성 페놀의 물에 대한 용해도가 상온에서 5 이하이고, (e) 상기 촉매가 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 탄산염, 수산화물, 산화물 및 3급 아민으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제11항에 있어서,전기 및 전자 기기용 부품의 성형에 사용되는 카본-페놀 수지 성형 재료.
