Claims (5)
- 전도성 기체()상에 감광층을 구비한 전자사진용 감광체에 있어서, 전하수송물질을 함유하는 층이 포스포나이트 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 감광체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 포스포나이트 화합물이 디아릴아릴포스포나이트임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 감광체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 디아릴아릴포스포나이트의 함유량이 전하수송물질을 함유하는 층에 대해 0.005중량% 내지 10중량%임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 감광체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 디아릴아릴포스포나이트가 비스(2,4-디-3차-부틸페닐)페닐포스포나이트, 비스(2,6-디-3차-부틸페닐)페닐포스포나이트, 비스(2,6-디-3차-부틸-4-메틸페닐)페닐포스포나이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전자사진용 감광체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 전하수송물질과 포스포나이트 화합물을 함유하는 도포액을 이용하여 전도성 기체상에 전하수송물질을 함유하는 층을 형성시키는 방법을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
