Claims (16)
- 하기 성분 (A) 내지 (D) 를 배합함으로써 수득되는 단열용 나노복합체 :(A) 나노규모의 무기 화합물 입자 35 중량% 이상 ;(B) 상기 나노규모 입자 (A) 의 표면기와 반응 및/또는 상호작용할 수 있는 2 개 이상의 작용기를 갖는 화합물 10 ∼ 60 중량% ;(C) 상기 (B) 에서 정의한 작용기를 갖지 않거나 또는 하나만 갖는 유기 용매 및/또는 물 1 ∼ 40 중량% (이들 각각의 성분의 퍼센트 (%) 는 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C) 의 합량을 기준으로 한 것임) ; 및(D) 첨가제 0 ∼ 10 중량% (이 양은 나노복합체를 기준으로 한 것임).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 가 40 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 가 15 ∼ 45 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (C) 가 10 ∼ 35 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (D) 가 0 ∼ 5 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 가 원소 Al, Si, P, B, Sn, Zn, Ti, Zr, W 및/또는 알칼리 및 알칼리 토금속의 산화물 및 상응하는 혼합 산화물의 나노규모 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 가 -OH, -SH, -NH2, -NHR, -NR2, -NR3 +X-, -COOH, -COOR, -COR, -SiOR, -CSR (식중, 라디칼 R 은 동일 또는 상이하고, 임의 치환된 히드로카르빌기이며, X- 는 무기 또는 유기 음이온을 나타냄) 및 이들의 임의의 조합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 2 개 이상의 작용기를 갖는 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 가 폴리올, 알칸올아민, 폴리아민, 폴리테트라알킬암모늄염 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 가 글리세롤, 에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨, 소르비톨, 폴리비닐알코올, 모노에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 에틸렌디아민, 디에틸렌트리아민, 폴리테트라알킬암모늄 할라이드, (메트)아크릴산, (메트)아크릴아미드 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (C) 가 50 중량% 이상의 물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (C) 의 유기 용매가 모노알코올, 모노카르복실산, 카르복실산 무수물, 에스테르, 에테르, 모노아민, 모노메르캅탄 및 이들의 임의의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고화 겔 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 내화물용으로 사용되는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 의한 나노복합체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 투명한 단열 유리 조립체의 제조에 사용되는 나노복합체.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 투명한 겔 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 건축자재 사이의 공간 충전물에 사용되는 나노복합체.
