Claims (17)
- 전기 모터와 상기 전기 모터에 의해 구동된 휠 사이에 배치된 클러치를 갖는 차량의 차량 구동 제어 장치이며,상기 전기 모터에 의해 휠을 선택적으로 구동하도록 상기 클러치의 결합을 제어하도록 구성된 클러치 제어부와,상기 휠이 전기 모터에 의해 구동되고 있지 않는지를 판단할 때, 상기 클러치를 켜거나 끄도록 상기 클러치 제어부를 제어함으로써 상기 클러치가 작동될 수 있는지를 진단하도록 구성되는 진단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진단부는 상기 차량의 속도를 검출하도록 구성된 차량 속도 검출부를 구비하고, 상기 진단부는 상기 차량 속도 검출부에 의해 검출된 상기 차량 속도가 상기 전기 모터가 그 이하에서는 과속 상태에 진입하지 않는 소정 속도 이하일 때만 진단하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진단부는 상기 소정 속도가 클러치를 켜는 것으로부터 오는 차량의 충격이 허용가능한 제한치 미만인 차량 속도 이하일 때만 진단하도록 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진단부는 상기 차량 속도 검출부에 의해 검출된 차량 속도가 제로일 때만 진단하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진단부는 상기 클러치가 상기 클러치 제어부에 의해 켜질 때 클러치로의 전류가 공차 범위 내에 있는지를 판단하도록 전류 센서를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 클러치가 상기 클러치 제어부에 의해 켜질 때 전류가 공차 범위 밖에 있는 것을 상기 진단부가 판단하면 신호를 보내도록 구성된 경고부를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 클러치가 상기 클러치 제어부에 의해 꺼질 때 클러치로의 전류가 제로가 되는지를 판단하도록 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 클러치가 상기 클러치 제어부에 의해 켜질 때 적어도 하나의 전류가 공차 범위 밖에 있고 클러치가 상기 클러치 제어부에 의해 꺼질 때 제로가 되지 않는다는 것을 상기 진단부가 판단하면 신호를 보내도록 구성된 경고부를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진단부는 시스템 스위치가 켜지는 시간마다 클러치가 작동될 수 있는지를 진단하도록 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 시스템 스위치는 상기 구동원의 점화 스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휠이 전기 모터에 의해 구동되고 다른 휠이 주구동원에 의해 구동되는 다륜 모드와 클러치가 결합 해제되는 비전륜 모드 중에 선택하도록 구성된 모드 선택부를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 진단부는 상기 비전륜 구동 모드가 모드 선택부에 의해 선택될 때 진단하도록 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 진단부는 시스템 스위치가 켜지는 시간마다 클러치가 작동될 수 있는지만을 진단하도록 추가로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 시스템 스위치는 상기 구동원의 점화 스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 모터에 연결되지 않은 하나 이상의 구동휠을 구동하도록 배열된 주구동원을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 주구동원은 전기를 상기 전기 모터에 공급하는 발전기를 구동하는 내연 기관인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 전기 모터와 상기 전기 모터에 의해 구동된 휠 사이에 배치된 클러치를 갖는 차량의 차량 구동 제어 장치이며,상기 전기 모터에 의해 휠을 선택적으로 구동하도록 상기 클러치의 결합을 제어하기 위한 클러치 제어 수단과,상기 휠이 전기 모터에 의해 구동되고 있지 않는지를 판단할 때, 상기 클러치를 켜거나 끄도록 상기 클러치 제어 수단을 제어함으로써 상기 클러치가 작동될 수 있는지를 진단하기 위한 진단 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동 제어 장치.
- 전기 모터와 상기 전기 모터에 의해 구동된 휠 사이에 배치된 클러치를 갖는 차량의 제어 방법이며,상기 전기 모터에 의해 휠을 선택적으로 구동하도록 상기 클러치의 결합을 제어하는 단계와,상기 휠이 전기 모터에 의해 구동되고 있지 않는지를 판단할 때, 상기 클러치를 켜거나 끔으로써 상기 클러치가 작동될 수 있는지를 진단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법.
