Claims (3)
- 피검출체의 이동에 수반하여 변화하는 자계의 변화를 검출하는 자기 검출 수단, 상기 자기 검출 수단으로부터의 신호를 제어하는 전자 부품, 상기 전자 부품과 전기적으로 접속된 제1의 리드 프레임, 상기 전자 부품, 상기 제1의 리드 프레임, 및 상기 자기 검출 수단을 수지로 밀봉한 제1의 베이스를 포함하는 제1의 블록과,상기 피검출체에 대향하여 배치되고 자계를 발생하는 자계 발생 수단, 상기 제1의 리드 프레임과 전기적으로 접속되며 상기 자기 검출 수단의 출력 신호를 외부로 출력하는 커넥터 단자를 갖는 제2의 리드 프레임, 상기 제2의 리드 프레임을 수지로 밀봉한 제2의 베이스를 포함하는 제2의 블록과,상기 제2의 블록 및 상기 제1의 블록을 덮는 외장 수지를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1의 베이스와 상기 제2의 베이스와의 사이에는 상대 위치를 결정하는 위치 결정 수단이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 위치 결정 수단은 상기 제1의 베이스 및 상기 제2의 베이스의 어느 한쪽에 형성된 돌기와, 상기 제1의 베이스 및 상기 제2의 베이스의 어느 다른쪽에 형성되고 상기 돌기와 결합하는 홀(hole)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
