Description
Claims (7)
- 고정전압에 따라 입력 RF신호를 감쇠하는 제1감쇠기와;상기 제1감쇠기의 입출력단자사이에 병렬 접속되어, 감쇠모드를 결정하는 제어전압에 따라 상기 입력 RF신호를 감쇠하는 제2감쇠기와;저감쇠모드에서 상기 제1감쇠기의 임피던스정합을 유지하는 제1임피던스 정합부와;고감쇠모드에서 상기 제2감쇠기의 입출력 임피던스정합을 유지하는 제2임피던스 정합부와;상기 입력 RF신호에서 직류성분을 제거하여 상기 제1,제2감쇠기로 출력하는 제1캐패시터 및 상기 제1,제2감쇠기의 출력신호에서 직류성분을 제거하는 제2캐패시터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 감쇠기.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1감쇠기는PIN다이오드 또는 쇼트키 다이오드로 이루어지며, 상기 고정전압은 소정 레벨로 분배된 전원전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 진 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 감쇠기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력 RF신호는저감쇠모드에서는 제1감쇠기로만 흐르고, 고감쇠모드에서는 제2감쇠기로만 흐르게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 감쇠기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력 RF신호는 중간 감쇠모드에서 제1,제2감쇠기로 모두 흐르게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 감쇠기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2감쇠기는상기 제1감쇠기의 입력단자에 병렬 접속된 제3캐패시터와;상기 제3캐패시터에 직렬 접속된 제1쇼트키 다이오드와;상기 제1감쇠기의 출력단자에 병렬 접속된 제2쇼트키 다이오드와;상기 제1,제2쇼트키다이오드의 애노드들사이에 접속된 제1,제2저항과;상기 제1,제2저항사이에 형성된 제어신호 입력단자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 감쇠기.
