Claims (14)
- 서로 평행하게 배치되고 양쪽 단부가 각각 다기관에 고정되며, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어진 압출 프로파일 파이프를 포함하는 열 교환기에 있어서,상기 다기관(10)과 라멜라 구조물(12) 사이의 상기 프로파일 파이프(11)의 외부면에서, 땜납의 흐름을 막기 위해 이용되는, 종방향에 대해 횡으로 놓이는 적어도 하나의 차단부(13)가 제공되고, 상기 차단부(13)에 의해 프로파일 파이프의 종방향으로 뻗는 홈이 중단되거나 또는 깊이가 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,자동차 공업에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차단부(13)는 프로파일 파이프 벽 두께의 15%를 넘지 않는 깊이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 차단부(13)의 깊이는 5 내지 100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차단부(13)가 압인부로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 압인부가 평평한 프로파일 파이프의 곡률이 작은 양 측면에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차단부(13)가 코팅층으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
- 압출 프로파일 파이프가 서로 평행하게 배치되고 상기 파이프의 양쪽 단부가 각각 다기관에 고정되며, 2개 프로파일 파이프의 이웃하는 측면 사이에서 상기 프로파일 파이프에 라멜라 구조물이 경질 납땜에 의해 고정되는, 제 1항에 따른 열 교환기를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 다기관(10)과 라멜라 구조물(12) 사이의 상기 프로파일 파이프(11)의 외부면에서, 땜납의 흐름을 막기 위해 이용되는, 종방향에 대해 횡으로 놓이는 적어도 하나의 차단부(13)가 제공되고, 프로파일 파이프의 압출 과정에서 압출 방향으로 형성되어 프로파일 파이프의 종방향으로 뻗는 홈이 상기 차단부(13)에 의해 중단되거나 또는 그 깊이가 감소되며, 상기 차단부(13)가 프로파일 파이프(11)의 평활 구역으로서 형성되고, 상기 평활 구역이 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 제조 방법
- 제 8항에 있어서,파이프 빌릿으로부터 섹션을 절단하기 전에, 상기 차단부(13)가 프로파일 파이프(11)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 제조 방법.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서,상기 차단부(13)가 프로파일 빌릿의 거칠기를 감소시키는 압인부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,평평한 프로파일 파이프의 곡률이 작은 양 측면에 압인 공구(14)가 설치되고, 상기 압인 공구(14)가 프로파일 파이프(11)의 양측면에 동시에 압인부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,절단 공정 이전에 절단선(15)의 양측에 상기 압인부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 압출 프로파일 파이프(11)에 형성되는 상기 압인부의 폭 및 깊이를 선택적으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,재료를 제거하지 않고 기능층을 유지하면서, 상기 프로파일 파이프(11)에 상기 압인부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 제조 방법.
