Claims (6)
- 액상의 칼슘 보충제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,평균 입도크기가 8㎛∼15㎛인 분말상의 난각칼슘에 분산제, 침전방지제 및 증류수를 첨가하여 균질하게 혼합하여 혼합용액을 얻는 단계;상기에서 얻은 혼합용액을 0.3mm 이하의 비드를 갖는 비드-밀(Bead-Mill)에 투입하여 상기 혼합용액의 d50값이 0.2㎛ 이하로, d90값이 0.4㎛ 이하가 되도록 초미세로 습식분쇄하는 단계;1,000×g∼10,000×g의 원심력으로 탈수(농축)하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상의 고분산성 및 고농도 칼슘 보충제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합용액은 10.0~70.0 중량%의 난각칼슘, 0.1~10.0 중량%의 분산제, 0.1~10.0 중량%의 침전방지제에 총중량이 100중량%가 되도록 증류수를 첨가하여서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상의 고분산성 및 고농도 칼슘 보충제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제는 메틸셀룰로오스, 젤라틴 또는 검 아라빅으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상의 고분산성 및 고농도 칼슘 보충제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 침전방지제는 폴리솔베이트 또는 글리세린지방산에스테르로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상의 고분산성 및 고농도 칼슘 보충제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에서 얻은 액상의 고분산성 칼슘 보충제를 우유, 두유, 요구르트, 쥬스 등에 첨가하여서 얻어진 식품 음료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탈수(농축) 공정으로부터 제조되는 고분산성 및 고농도 칼슘 보충제의 칼슘 함량은 20 내지 30중량%사이의 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상의 고분산성 및 고농도 칼슘 보충제의 제조방법.
