Claims (12)
- 고무성분 및 점착부여제로 이루어지는 전기화학소자용 봉지제로서, 상기 고무성분이 부틸 고무 및 폴리이소부틸렌 고무의 적어도 한쪽으로 이루어지며, 상기 점착부여제가 테르펜계 수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 봉지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고무성분 100중량부당 3∼150중량부의 상기 점착부여제를 함유하는 전기화학소자용 봉지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 티아졸계, 티우람계, 퀴논계 또는 디티오카르바민산염계의 가교제를 더욱, 함유하는 전기화학소자용 봉지제.
- 세퍼레이터를 통해 대향배치된 양극 및 음극으로 이루어지는 소자 유니트, 상기 소자 유니트와 접촉하는 전해액, 상기 소자 유니트 및 상기 전해액을 수용하는 금속 케이스, 상기 금속 케이스의 개구부를 입구밀봉하는 입구밀봉체, 및 상기 금속 케이스의 개구끝단부와 상기 입구밀봉체와의 사이에 개재한 봉지제로 이루어지는 전기화학소자로서,상기 봉지제가 고무성분 및 점착부여제로 이루어지고, 상기 고무성분이 부틸 고무 및 폴리이소부틸렌 고무의 적어도 하나로 이루어지고, 상기 점착부여제가 테르펜계 수지, 지방족계 석유수지 및 지환식계 석유수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자.
- 세퍼레이터를 통해 대향배치된 양극 및 음극으로 이루어지는 소자 유니트, 상기 소자 유니트와 접촉하는 전해액, 상기 소자 유니트 및 상기 전해액을 수용하는 금속 케이스, 상기 금속 케이스의 개구부를 입구밀봉하는 입구밀봉체, 상기 금속 케이스와 상기 입구밀봉체의 사이에 개재한 가스켓, 적어도 상기 가스켓과 상기 금속 케이스의 개구끝단부의 사이 또는 상기 가스켓과 상기 입구밀봉체의 사이에 개재한 봉지제로 이루어지는 전기화학소자로서,상기 봉지제가 고무성분 및 점착부여제로 이루어지고, 상기 고무성분이 부틸 고무 및 폴리이소부틸렌 고무의 적어도 하나로 이루어지고, 상기 점착부여제가 테르펜계 수지, 지방족계 석유수지 및 지환식계 석유수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 케이스가 한쪽의 전극단자를 가지며, 상기 입구밀봉체가 다른쪽의 전극단자를 갖고, 상기 가스켓이 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지로 이루어지는 전기화학소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이 에테르, 에스테르, 알콜 및 케톤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 전기화학소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이 에테르, 에스테르, 알콜 및 케톤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 전기화학소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉제가 상기 고무성분 100중량부당 3∼150중량부의 상기 점착부여제를 함유하는 전기화학소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉제가 티아졸계, 티우람계, 퀴논계 또는 디티오카르바민산염계의 가교제를 더욱 함유하는 전기화학소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉제가, 상기 고무성분 100중량부당 3∼150중량부의 상기 점착부여제를 함유하는 전기화학소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉제가 티아졸계, 티우람계, 퀴논계 또는 디티오카르바민산염계의 가교제를 더욱 함유하는 전기화학소자.
