Claims (5)
- 샷핀닝에 의해 형성되고, 표면으로부터 내부로 들어감에 따라 산소와의 결합이 조금씩 결핍되는 구조를 가지고, 티타늄(Ti), 아연(Zn), 텅스텐(W), 주석(Sn), 지르코늄(Zr) 중 적어도 하나의 산화금속으로부터 이루어지고, 더욱이 자외선보다도 장파장의 전자파에 응답하는 광촉매성을 가지는 산소결핍 경사구조를 갖는 산화피막.
- 샷핀닝에 의한 피막으로서, 금속, 세라믹 또는 이들의 혼합체로 이루어진 제품 표면에 형성되고, 표면으로부터 내부로 들어감에 따라 산소와의 결합이 조금씩 결핍되는 구조를 가지고, 티타늄(Ti), 아연(Zn), 텅스텐(W), 주석(Sn), 지르코늄(Zr) 중 적어도 하나의 산화금속으로부터 이루어지고, 더욱이 자외선보다도 장파장의 전자파에 응답하는 광촉매성을 가지는 산소결핍 경사구조를 갖는 산화피막.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 피막중에 백금, 팔라듐, 금, 은, 동 중 적어도 하나의 귀금속을 담지하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산소결핍 경사구조를 갖는 산화피막.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피막중에 팔라듐 또는 크롬의 금속 이온을 주입하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산소결핍 경사구조를 갖는 산화피막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화피막이 산화티타늄(TiOx)이고, 상기 산화티타늄(TiOx)의 상기 산소결핍경사구조가TiOx x=2.00~1.95인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소결핍경사구조를 갖는 산화피막.
