Claims (8)
- 성형 분말 야금 제품을 제조하는 방법으로서,목표 수준보다 큰 산소량을 가진 내열 금속인 1차 금속의 수소화물 분말을 제공하는 단계,상기 수소화물보다 산소에 대하여 보다 높은 친화력을 가진 금속의 존재 하에서 상기 1차금속의 수소화물을 가열하여 단일 가열 사이클로 수소와 산소를 제거하는 단계,상기 1차 금속으로부터 산소에 대하여 보다 높은 친화력을 가진 금속을 제거하여 목표 수준미만의 산소량을 가진 금속 분말을 성형하는 단계와,상기 산소를 가진 금속 분말로부터 야금 제품(metallurgical product)을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 성형 분말 야금 제품 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 야금 제품은 이론상 약 75 내지 92% 이상으로 상기 금속분말을 압축함으로서 성형되는 성형 분말 야금 제품 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 단계는 (a)냉간등압압축성형, 열간등압압축성형과, 열간기계가공, (b)냉간등압압축성형, 진공소결 및 열간기계가공, (c)밀폐캡슐화, 열간압출 및 열간기계가공, (d)냉간등압압축성형, 밀폐캡슐화, 열간압출과, 열간기계가공과, (e)단축냉간압착, 진공소결, 재압착과, 재소결로된 순서의 그룹으로부터 선택된 단계 순서인 성형 분말 야금 제품 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 단계는 스프레이 성형을 포함하는 성형 분말 야금 제품 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 단계는 플라즈마 활성 소결을 포함하는 성형 분말 야금 제품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 1차금속은 탄탈, 니오브와 이 두 금속의 합금이나 이들과 다른 금속과의 합금으로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 성형 분말 야금 제품 제조 방법.
- 제6항의 방법에 따라서 제조된 바와 같은 성형 분말 야금 제품.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라서 제조된 성형 분말 야금 제품.
