Abstract

Способ получения формованных продуктов из порошков Ta/Nb в порошковой металлургии с использованием порошков гидрида Ta и/или Nb с содержанием кислорода больше порогового, то есть 300 млн. долей, состоящий из нагревания гидрида металла в присутствии другого металла, имеющего более высокое сродство к кислороду, удалении другого металла и других побочных продуктов реакции, образовании металлического порошка с содержанием кислорода менее порогового уровня и формовании металлургического продукта из этого порошка Ta/Nb с содержанием кислорода ниже порогового уровня.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
